I liked the tough sounding name. I liked the mullet. I liked the toughness. Wish he gave just a little more as a WR.

He took over the JJAW enforcer role.  :flex:

Don't disrespect CMC like that.... stop.

still wrong though. something tells me you are comparing a college prospect to a pro in his 8th year of development. Which would be stupid. You should be focused on them both as college prospects.

Ive also been one of the main supporters in here with Saquon

I’m not saying you specially called them washed and cooked.

Not at all something tells me you haven't seen CMC in college. He was a high first round pick for a reason. This guy is no where near close to as good a prospect as CMC was. Man you lose your Ourlad nickname on this terrible take.

White feels like a Howie signing more than a Fangio one

Wouldn't be the first time Howie signs someone that doesn't fit what the coaches want

Or traded for one...

Or drafted one.

Shouldn’t be. Be ahead of the curve.

I definitely saw McCaffrey in college a lot.

I realize the stats are not the same. But theres no reason this guy is never even mentioned in literally any RB rankings at all.

If you look back on it, their scouting reports read very, very similarly.

This guy is faster than CMC. CMC became a tough runner in the NFL. If this guy becomes a tougher runner, youre gonna have a clone who is actually faster.

I love being a member of this board. Since 2005, I wonder what my life would have been without all this entertainment

Lol, for three days I have read about needing to sign a LBer, they finally get one and there is a lot of ****ing that he sucks before he even plays a down in an Eagles uniform.

Got to love TATE.

Don’t mind signing white with who was left and hoping you can get fangio to have him live up to his potential of where he was drafted. But he was not good against the run and below average in coverage the last couple years. Kind of feels like an Ernie simms type move. Where he was a high first round pick that had a ton of talent and you hope you can get the most out of him.

Im still fighting for RB and LB rights. Ill get around to nickel CB maybe in a few years.

In fairness to the Eagles, what would have been a package of signings people absolutely loved that would've been no doubt better than what the Eagles did?

Trading for Burns? Paying a guy 30m per year when you already have Sweat and Reddick and a QB on a big contract + giving up a 2nd and a 5th. I think if I had my choice I'd take Huff + the difference in money adding another player + the 2nd and 5th. And doing that deal for Burns to get rid of Sweat and Reddick would've made me even angrier than if they do that with Huff because then it's like you're filling a need by creating a need that didn't have to be there and not only that, but filling that need with top defensive player in the NFL money, plus burning a 2nd and a 5th. That would've been absolutely egregious.

Signing McKinney? A guy paid like a top 3 safety who isn't one. Good player, but he's not Marcus Williams or Jessie Bates.

Signing Jordyn Brooks? A good, but inconsistent LB in a weak LB class. I would've of course preferred him to White, but Brooks isn't someone I would've been jumping up and down celebrating.

Tbh, the move I think that was the most obvious miss so far this offseason was not pursuing Noah Brown. That seemed like such a good deal for a good young WR who is familiar with Moore on a team that needs depth. I'm really surprised the Eagles didn't make a deal like that.

I'm sure by this time next year they'll have gotten some right and some wrong, but as it stands right now there is no obvious slam dunk they could've done that I'm really pissed off about like I have been in years past. I think this free agent class wasn't really the greatest once all the top guys got tagged. Coming into free agency I had a list of guys I liked, but I had no one circled as someone I'd absolutely love.

I'm not a fan of the White signing, but at least they didn't let TJ Edwards go for 6.5m per to sign him like they did last season. What a joke that was.

well, I know everyone loves the White signing, but it cant all be positive.

This guy spends most of the video highlighting Barkley's pass pro trying to say its pretty good. Watch it, and you see its actually not good at all.

Posting because a lot of you seem to have bought in to the myth of Barkley's pass pro.

Really thought he would've been an Eagles target. Not sure what their plan is at WR3. Parker certainly isn't the answer that's for sure.

I think Zach Cunningham is a better player honestly.

Oh yeah? White had a down year and still had better numbers than Cunningham… hopefully we add a linebacker in the draft as well

He could have been a target

Now that he’s gone I can say that we overrated his blocking without people disagreeing with me.

Howie's big money off season is questionable. Wonder what we will be saying this time next year

I think excluding a Josh Sweat trade & some bargain bin shopping, I think Eagles are probably done in free agency.

If anyone is looking for some happy eagles fans, the youtube comments seem to be where its at.

son of a B. that was one of my main targets at any position for a long time.

theyve signed most positions already.

Can still use a WR3, a RB2, TE2, QB2, DE, DT, S, CB, LB....

There could come a big lull and we see who else we can get super cheap after a week or 2.
