The Philadelphia Eagles are suffering from a historically high rate of three-and-outs at 47.2% through five games, the league's worst rate and the highest for a team in two decades.

Worst rate of three and outs in decades for our team is about as big a problem as there gets.

Historically worst rate of three and outs….its flat out damning and fire-able to the contrary. Be different if we had a total scrub team lacking talent.

We should be on the complete opposite situation. Should be putting up historically record breaking numbers of production and something much closer to being unstoppable. Any great O coach has our O the last several years being in the discussion about arguably greatest all time O. A decent qualified O coaching when just unchained and allowed to do his job had us throwing up double nickels. Heck that was even with us stepping off the gas killing the clock for the last eighth of the games too.

It isn’t just one player stinking on O holding things up either. It’s really every single player and every single phase.

Bigger issue is the sloppy play to many penalties just watching the 4th qtr against the broncos seen multiple good plays called back because of penalties then the drive stalled after the penalty set us back

No execution.... you people give the players passes way too often. The Broncos game was the worst played game by many of the players. Because in your minds the uniforms win...the Eagles uniform does not win anything... the players inside it win

What happens when you take out the series that Matt Pryor played? Take away those 5....and where does the # fall?

You may have been making that comparison in your mind, but the conversation was about how the Eagles stats would be better if their first five opponents had been easier.

Context... through 5 games

4 games had TWO 3 and outs...

The Rams game with Matt Pryor had 5 .. well 4 and then a turnover...and a one play kneel down. The other drives that game with a Johnson at RT...4 TDs.. and another drive where they didn't convert on a 4th down

So reality is one can easily assume there would have been ZERO 3 and outs in that game.

So lower the number to 8 in 5 games... no where near anything historical... less than 2 per game.

Context matters.
