BTW I would be fine with Moore as the HC. maybe he won't make those bonehead calls Siri does at crunch times

He’s probably learned how to tune out the fans also. You know and actually have more than one step thinking.

But right now CEO Siri who relegated responsibility is doing his job. That is what a HC should do,not teaching the players

He’s really coming along quite nicely here with each step Moore gets in. Let’s actually give Hurts a scheme and coach before we judge. He did great in the past under those circumstances.

You have a deal. I need to see more of those dimes Hurts dropped like the one to Smitty, that was a gorgeous pass

Like I said…I’m not even that high on Moore. That’s just how bad the situation our O has been in though. A guy I’m not that high on…represents a big upgrade and hope.

HC situations differ from team to team. Siri was running his scheme and calling the plays…making the decisions. Whoever’s scheme it is has to teach it. You know if there is one.

IDK this is a pretty easy group to succeed with as far as talented players, My big beef with Siri is A) crap clock management B) being ahead and putting us in positions to lose C) maturity stinks at times

The only learning Hurts needs(ed) to do was shift from the RPO to play action, the rest is already known

Under Moore we actually have the whole team adapt each play according to the D. That makes succes so much more likely. An actual plan for this play….Moore wants this to happen against that specific D.

Choice B is the one that bugs me the most

Not at all. That’s exactly key to what you’ve been complaining about and not understanding going on here. There is supposed to be actual reasoning going on for everything.

My beef with him is lack of qualifications

Who’s even going to hire him as OC after this season? Gotta be an older coach running his own O just needing that younger hard worker to do the leg work

a HC's job is to win games and Siri is. you can't fire a guy for winning. Well you can but fairly stupid to do it. I really liked Ped,pity we tossed him out with the bathwater

We'll see what happens in the off season. I think Fangio sticks and keeps bringing these young guys on

Always hire lesser than we deserve because don’t want to give up the power and control

I believe Goedert will be back this week. A nice outlet for Hurts to use, maybe gives Bark a little rest

We gave it up with Chip and it was a disaster

He was a disaster for sure. I’m talking about hiring a really good coach. Like we just did as DC. Fangio has control of the D. Just need Rosie to get along with him however he can.

Now we just need to bring in the best O mind we can. The bar currently sits at Moore.

I want Slowik Houston OC

First piece in place. You could possibly argue to keep our ST coach in place also. All depends on what our new HC demands….but he’ll obviously be controlling the O.

GG in Baltimore. We play the next Thursday game a short week when we face the Wuss for the division lead
