Yet you are the one who keeps saying to pull guys out lmao. You want it both ways, not happening. So inconsistent playing both angles

That’s a fair enough point. I would have just not suited him up in Tampa…but feed him the rest of the time. He’s a RB we paid top dollar. So on that front we are squeezing all the juice out of him these two seasons. Just not a situation you are saving him for many years of career longevity. Yet we need him in the crucial games at the end. Yet his playing style pretty much demands a large workload.

That I admit FL is the difficult issue here. In this specific situation not sure you can do anything but feed him and just rely on hope that he’ll be good at the end.

What would you rather do(pick one) Scenario A) We overuse Barkley in the Dullaz game so he falls down like he did before and gets only 3 days rest. B) We use Barkley sparingly so he is fresher for the game that puts us in the division lead after only 3 days rest

The progress stopped we all saw it long ago. it's the KISS(keep it simple stupid) offense now

Siri’s is the KISS O. It’s finally advancing. Haven’t seen his progress stop at all. Seeing very clear evidence he has a coach now and a scheme. You’re just still confusing all the negative effects Siri presents. While still wanting Siri to stay.

I don’t want to overuse Saquan. But where’s that line? But so strange after championing and arguing for the one game at a time approach for you to ponder a longer term approach and plan. Only two games now…but that’s good progress for you.

If we have a big enough lead we can scale back his carries without taking him out. I would rather he be ready for the wuss game. No need for 30 carries in the Dullaz game. A he said before, let the other guys eat. So let's see what Shipley has and let Gains take a few snaps off him. We're facing Cooper Rush who IMO will out play Dak

LMAO only because it's a short week. hard to believe you don't want to win each week. You;d be fine losing and saving players for later LOL Ridiculous

In your scenario I flip sides and focus on beating the cowboys. The most ideal scenario would be a blowout victory in Dallas to where we could take the foot off the gas for key players. Nothing would make the short Washington game more palatable.

So you think Lurie will fire a coach with a winning season(s)???? What reason do you give? When has Siri been under .500 here?

Which I have gone to great lengths to explain in detail why those wins weren’t and shouldn’t be attributed to Siri. The heavier Siri’s footprint has been the worse this team has done. Remember he only got the HC job in the first exactly because of his coordinators. Again…Siri O him playcalling:starts 2-5…same team taken over by Steichen goes on a tear to reach the playoffs….in spite of the hole Siri dug us. Go on to the SB the next season with Steichen. Last season :we rode the wave that Steichen generated to a 10-1 start. But that’s because our players just made plays on their own squeaking out victories each week ..even over not quality teams. The further it gets from Steichen to rely solely on Siri? Whole league has the book on us. We can’t even compete with a lower playoff team.

This one game right this moment just fo what’s needed to win today approach is exactly how you skip doing all the coaching and developing needed. Your championing week one over the years that follow potential ceiling. So for one W…you are guaranteeing the struggles for so many Ws in the future. This thinking doesn’t lead to expedient progression in players development…or hinders them. Can’t you understand that?

Maybe the saying will sit with you much easier : give the man a fish he can eat. Teach a man how to fish he’ll never go hungry.

Yes or no Lurie will fire a HC that wins YES or NO. Simple question for you

So show me ANY losing season since Siri has been here, just one

What you clearly never put together was how Siri wouldn’t have got those wins without Hurts. Now there’s the on the field reasons. But I’m talking about how a short term immature low control over his emotions letting everybody get to you coach could be successful. It’s usually the other way around…the HC has the attributes Hurts brings to the table with all that …while the young player maybe shows more signs of Siri’s personality. Hurts is very mature staying even keeled through whatever situations focused on the goal of winning the SB prioritized over a regular season game.

Yes…would have fired him if he lost the Browns game for sure

Hurts has lead us to the playoffs every season. Even in spite of the 2-5 ditch Siri dug us to start his career.

We started looking good after we took the ball away from Hurts run and gun panic offense and made him a game manager,Pretty simple stuff

His surrounding cast of excellent talent did that,Hurts is a mediocre QB
