Just been rewatching it... you see Goedert move, they jump, then Hurts with a hard count AFTER they jump.  The defense pointing at Goedert... absolutely great design.

Hilarious when Colinsworth said " you know they actually run that play to the left a lot.     Lol....they run it behind Dickerson EVERY TIME,  idiot!!!

Not really....on that tush push, you don't see movement as a normal thing.  Unless you think it's common????   Or maybe you think it was just coincidence????

I think a great play design / tactic/ trick to pull in that situation.  And we still don't know for certain if they were going to run a play there or not.  Great strategy!

Great strategy you still say after you say you didn’t even know if they were running a play or not?  Makes no sense your point of view. Great strategy would be deemed by what the strategy was…which you say you don’t even know. What we do know is either way…Hurts Got ‘Um!

If there’s Motion involved that’s almost guaranteed to be designed by Moore.

Most of the time…not every. Collinsworth was just letting all the non hardcore fans know….which is his job.

To the right this time

Really seems to me the RB DOES matter unlike the thoughts of No Mas and FL would have you believe. It was worth paying a RB! Something they also railed against. I’ve been for it. Also been wanting some DBs. Look how that’s working out. Baun was a great choice by Fangio. He’s got Dean finally playing also.

Imagine if instead of breaking open the piggy bank for Huff we kept Reddick. We’d be just pummeling people!

Sure it does.... we still don't know if they were planning on running a play or just trying to draw them offsides.  Sirianni was asked after the game and just shrugged his shoulders not wanting to say.

Why don't you get that unexpected motion would cause the defense to jump?   Very simple concept.

We didn't break the piggy bank for Huff...we would have had to for Reddick. That's why he isn't here.

The team vibe much better without him....because you like him and are obsessed with trying to make Howie seem like a bad GM....you just put aside all the things said about the situation with Reddick being selfish and only worried about himself.

He got what he deserved.  He lost ton of money and is on a team that is going nowhere.  Which will make his future $$$ be much lower.

Find one where it's not run behind Dickerson.  They run it left EVERY TIME.  EVERY TIME!

The league knows it too...watch how the DL lines up now, that they know it goes behind Dickerson.

I don't get why you argue such easy to see things.   Argue just to argue...makes no sense.

You have been watching the tush push for 3 years now...run always behind Dickerson.

You can rewatch the play last night just by googling it... where Hurts didn't even say anything,  Goedert moved... they jumped, all before he gave ant cadence.  You can see and hear it.  Just like you can see and hear the rain outside today.

Well if that was the idea and it worked that would be strategy. Which I think it probably was. Motion and cadence barking. Obviously having Hurts as your QB complicates the D adjustments on motioning.

Clearly Rosie showed Reddick. Really feels like he set the whole situation up giving Douglas the playbook on the situation of how to handle the hardball work. I don’t even know how you can even feel like the moves were anywhere near a good move. Paid big money for a one trick pony for his career season in a great surrounding D. Reddick was our freaking best D player. I mean you could say how Reddick wasn’t great against the run. But he was more stout than Huff. We had to suck up the money for Reddick anyway. So it wouldn’t have cost so much more than Huff to negate the talent gap. It would have actually opened up cap this year if I recall. 17 mil a year switch clearly targeted FA vet….that isn’t even developed. I’d say Reddick would be worth 35 mil in comparison with Huff. When choosing how to distribute money? I’d pony up the 23 mil  all day long for the really good player over such a high priced low snap inconsistent guy. Huff really socks versus the run. How many pass rush moves does he have? You know since he’s really only good for those.

No doubt he’s got that quick burst off the snap forward. His best trait. Just have to figure out Becton or Steen on the right side. This can’t be ignored.

When did I EVER say a RB "doesn't matter"? I said I wouldn't OVERpay. DO you understand the difference???? This from the guy that thought Sanders was special? BWAAAAAHAHAHA. Carolina OVERpaid him. I'm fine paying for a difference maker

Hurts is to simple to complicate anyone

Going to be an interesting game here on so many levels. First you have the top 2 RB's facing off. Whose D line can stop the others RB? If both RB's are stopped then you have to pass, that is a big edge to Jackson. Next you have the trench war, whoever wins that war will win the game. Then you have the battle of 2 excellent kickers. WR's edge to us IF Hurts can get them the ball. IMO Bark is actually the better RB,but Henry has the beef to wear out our defense. The tush push may not work vs the Ravens D line much like how we got stuffed in TB,so we're going to need 10 yards in 3 downs not 4. Next up you have the battle of the TE's. Andrews and Goedert are both weapons. TE2 edge goes to Likely over Calc. Lastly you have the chess match battle of wits from the coaches. This game could be a preview of the SB with great battles all over the field
