January 6, 20251 yr Author Detroit looks like the real deal. They will be even better when they get players back.

If we get to Detroit, we should have momentum and have him playing better by then. At least we saw these last 3 weeks that we don't need much from our QB, the talent around him is superior at every spot, so avoid the mistakes and we should be good. QB sneaks were still good,,,, we were able to run the ball fine without him. You would think with him just playing the same style that saved Siri's job (LOL) we should be good. As he plays more he should be ready to make some big plays if needed. All builds off the running game though!
January 6, 20251 yr Author The Eagles opponents for next season have now been decided, and the Eagles will have a much tougher schedule next year. Road games: Green Bay Packers Minnesota Vikings Tampa Bay Buccaneers Kansas City Chiefs Los Angeles Chargers Buffalo Bills Dallas Cowboys New York Giants Washington Commanders Home games: Detroit Lions Chicago Bears Los Angeles Rams Denver Broncos Las Vegas Raiders Dallas Cowboys New York Giants Washington Commanders

I believe Picket has another year on his contract. If I'm right, it shouldn't matter. The best player deserves the position of QB2 out of these two. Picket is one tough son of a gun though. I still wonder how McKee would look behind an average OL as compared to the superior OL he has playing behind. Right now that doesn't matter.

Just saying.

January 6, 20251 yr My concern vs the Packers….last year they went into Dallas on wild card weekend and absolutely WHIPPED their butt with a great game plan and rock solid execution. Just don’t fall victim….Packers’ coach is good. Two teams left that beat the Eagles are the Bucs and Skins…..who play each other. Interesting matchup. AFC wildcard weekend looks predictable….Bills, Ravens…for those two games…then maybe Chargers over Texans? NFC looks much more unpredictable.

Hurts the next month is my concern. The two capable backups we have really cheap... take advantage of it.

What I don't like is when it's a bad schedule as far as times of games and the travel/ rest that can be against us. This year excellent when we had all these Sunday 1pm and 4pm games. Not a fan of all the prime time games for the Eagles

And in fact I think a couple of sacks may have been kind of on McKee? I don’t know for sure but felt maybe he held on to the ball a little too long?
January 6, 20251 yr Author Bad for me,the game wasn't on my cheat stream and really ignored on Redzone since the game "didn't matter" there were hardly any shots of it. Really terrible coverage. So I am trusting you guys to say how it went. I assume Dotson got some looks? And Shipley played? There really was no mention of the game for me. I would say the coverage on Redzone was maybe 2 minutes TOTAL. Just awful
January 6, 20251 yr Dotson had a pretty solid game and Shipley played a good bit but nothing spectacular. Was nice to see Goedert back out there

Root for your teammates. Maybe help them some. He’s a freakin’ Captain! Team Captain’s don’t sleep during our games period.
