Don't we expect Sweat, Huff, Graham, Smith...to all set the edge in that role vs the run? Do we expect any of them to double gap inside, next to the NT? But hey...the label and listing????

April 10, 20242 yr Cover 3...you LBs need to run from the middle of the field and cover world class NFL athletic WRs on the sideline route. Wasn't dumb play calling was the LBs missing those easy assignments. 🤦♂️

Should also remind that dullass is most likely going to be a heavy passing team this yr. I like guys who tackle well, like guys who prevent opponents from getting the ball in the 1st place even better, INT's even more. Looks like a game changing kind of player. As for the T, only mentioned it as Lane's been mentoring the guy. Can't tell the future but it's a position very few can start at right away. Lane's not getting any younger, been injured and it's a yr early but who better to learn under? Game plan was to lose a G to C as Kelce's replacement as well - if that's still the game plan as not sure if I'm not impressed w/ Kelce's replacement(s) or just spoiled.

Correct... which you should also not worry about teams running the ball on us in obvious passing downs either ....which was your original comment...so I made my comment in that if it's a running down, both would be playing the edge in a 3-4. I can't believe after the season we just saw with out 3rd and long pass defense, that you actually spend Amy time wondering about a team running on us in that situation???
