3 years at 100 mil is the barrier I’m expecting Justin Jefferson to bust through.

AJ we signed for 4 year at 100 mil I believe

AJ we have an ‘Out’ in his contract after this year

21.5 Dead cap hit for the Reddick trade…ouch!

Didn’t take long to take a 16 mil dead cap situation and turn it into a 38mil one. No doubt it isn’t done yet.

6’5” 235 lbs huge arm…mobile

QB Factory could be cranking them out here

Says he can throw the ball 90 yards

Right...I absolutely think that's what the Eagles are looking to do.  This kid Lane is mentoring from Oklahoma has been talked about as a possibility of coming in and starting out as a RG before taking over for Lane

Right,it's just my personal thoughts are those can be had in a later round. Spending a round 1 one on seems like a wasted pick unless you are in need of am immmediate starter at T

Yes he's be mentioned numerous times

Wasn’t Steen taken in the third last year being exactly that guy…a college T that they can put at G…but has already shown signs at both positions?

Did he come in to physically visit….or just Zoom?

I would think the 30 visits are in person? I mean you can vid call anyone, like 200 of them which I'm sure they do initially

Big money for Bryce….can he play the run and set the edge?

First round pick on Nolan….can he play the run and set the edge?

Trust me this will be tested!

Aren't all players tested every play?

In the NFL any player weaknesses tend to get highlighted and exposed.

May 2nd is the deadline for the fifth year option. The WR money is about to completely blow up though with Jefferson signing. In the best interest of quality WR to wait until the new number is put at the position. 25 mil isn’t going to be close to Jefferson’s new contract. Feeling very confident in telling you that.

Wrong, with WR's coming out for the draft, teams will opt to draft one. I would have NP dropping Marvin Harrison into my line up as opposed to paying someone else

So why do we need to "trust you" when that happens every play? Our soft secondary scheme was tested and failed, but nobody bothered to change it. We just kept letting it fail. Misused just like Goedert was. You are just stating the obvious.

https://www.nfl.com/prospects/tyler-guyton/32004755-5973-4424-47c4-5396aaed336f This guy here? Says he can be a starter in 2 years, why would you waste a 1 pick on him? I mean if we wanted to trade back to 32,then that would be ok I suppose, but doesn't even seem like a round 1 investment there either. So he starts year 3? 1/2 way through his rookie deal? seems like terrible value to me

So what(just for fun) if we traded out of round 1 altogether??? First off, you have no guys with 5th year options. Secondly, with the boatload of talent in this draft you can really stock up and fix alot of holes in one fell swoop. Just thought that interesting. Not that we would because I stud can be had in 1,but would give us lot more ammo in this stacked draft class

I'm not going to run a mock with that 🤣

We need a guy that is the unprecedented starter, not this merry go round of "well let's try this guy"

https://www.nfl.com/prospects/tua-tagovailoa/32005441-4762-0344-3a46-269f5e5e854e  UDFA,replaced Hurts in the championship game. Reunite them, they have similar styles and costs no draft pick. he can sit behind hurts(again). I would like to see McKee some. I'm not a Kenny Pickett fan,I will say that now(for the record). He has to prove things to me

We just paid Dickerson a record breaking amount

Gotta pay DeVonta…likely 25 mil-ish

Just set the record paying Hurts

Yet all done early and minimizing the cap hits due to being able to spread the cap hits a year early...and also will have those guys records of pay being broken by the time the money kicks in.   Dickerson won't be close to top paid guard.  Mailata will be out of the top ten in OTs.  Hurts ... this year $13 mil....next year $21 mill... 2026 = $31 mil.   Those numbers are locked on the books at those low cap hits.

This is what had already been occurring across the league. Everybody realizing Justin Jefferson contract significance.

Why I referred to it as the obvious elephant in the room
