lol original plan was Nico/Bucky/Chase Brown but Chase wasn’t anywhere close to falling into the 3rd in my league where I’ve seen lot of people

Yes…answer that question. Though dressing on Gameday a FB and just PR would seem to hair things fairly tight.

The FB who is also a key part of your ST unit that the type of guy you generally have active on game day regardless of position…. As for Covey he did have a role in our O back in 2022 and Hurts does trust throwing him the ball so adds depth at WR for us as well along with being able to return punts.

Would be curious if we dress all 4 RB/FB no clue how confident we are in Ben as an actual ball carrier but going Saquon/Ship/Ben with Dillion inactive could be the play frees up an extra gameday spot.

Tanner McKee was officially ruled out for tomorrows game no real surprise here though no need to rush him back with Sam as the 3rd QB

That role Covey has participated in as a WR has proven too much for him to handle.

I was believing there was a point to AJ Dillon to take some of that load off.

Buddy he would be WR 6 next like he would be the very next man up…. The reality is if we are forced to use WR6 we are not in a good spot to start

Take off what load???? Carries for Barkley???? That why we have RB2 will shipley…. But on top of that also why I stated depending on the confidence we have in Ben as a ball carrier if we wanted another bigger RB.

Ben is again 6’2 230 and ran a 4.4 AGAIN not saying he can do it but the coaches would have a better idea then me and it would as I stated help free up an extra game day roster spot

Calling up a guy that gives us both WR depth and PR sounds about normal. Would he be the next WR up if we need someone long term no I hope not but bottom game day roster spot were you want guys to do more then just play 1 position yea he makes sense

I was reading Patullo said "there will be new wrinkles added as the season progresses" And now we know BVS can catch, so there's that TE2 screen up the middle that could be a "wrinkle". Like let the pass rush come through,Hurts tosses a little screen over them to BVS at the LOS and he's plenty big enough to get YAC's. With all the excellent guys we have, we can afford a few gadget plays to the "unknowns"

Isn’t Renfrow with the Panthers as well? I know lot of people wanted him as well also works out of the slot.

We have Metchie also so not sure as to the reasoning adding Marshall back in,but we have some depth we needed. Could be a trade piece later I suppose

I think we see Dillon used if Barkley is tearing it up so we aren't pushing Bark to the limits of usage. He is "superman" but he gets tired too if we run him too often. Going to be a very interesting year. Barkley may not hit 2,000 yards again. We need him to extend his career as long as possible. BVS can sub in also. even without Bark we have threats all over the field. I feel bad for opposing DC's(not really though HA)
