Good point. Also we need to understand despite being here awhile Patullo still has things to learn. The nuances of calling plays. he doesn't want to eff up and lose his job,so I suspect he will be tentative until he gets a feels for how players play. Watching is not hands on doing, so cut the guy some slack for a few games. As his confidence grows we should see more dynamic plays. Lurie loves giving people chances to perform and improve,so you can't expect a season pro out of the gate. If Carter returns we will have some semblance of a pass rush which will improve the defense for Vic, hopefully allowing more opportunities on offense. The first 5 games(well 4 more now) are a great test for Patullo. So far he is 1-0

Idk...im not needing to cut any slack.... dude called plays and scored TDs on his first 3 possessions. For me it's a non issue. Id like to see Dickerson get healthy and a 2nd TE that can block.

On defense we see how Carter is the centerpiece that makes everyone around him better.

We win games because we win up front. Carter and Dickerson are difference makers. Impact players. We need them once field.

That's my concern with last game. We won,we move on.

Bigsby had 766 yards 4.6 ypc and 7 tds last year on a bad Jags team far cry from mediocre…

He is no special talent like Miles Sanders

And that is important because?

Are you unique in that liking, or are there others who have liked him as well?

We are all on here focusing on what Ham wants and who he likes... the Eagles are secondary.

Solid and consistent we can work with

How much work do you put into the Eagles decisions?

Bigsby had a soft O line and still got 700+ yards. He's a tough runner. Wouldn't shock me if he took the 2 from Dillon. IDK I hate labelling RB's. Bark is the 1,the others are "supplemental RB's". I don't care how you list them. I'm sure you are glad Gains is gone since he was a "starter" for one brief moment

One Shining Moment.... from the college basketball tournament...lol

By the way Ham. Regarding the "more” you are looking for from the Eagles Offensive scheme, there were more under center snaps last week than in the past 4 years.

Is that a step in the right direction or the wrong direction?

Ham never said anything about that...it was BG who is the one who brought it up the most. I absolutely would love to see more under center

Shouldn’t be quite that bad

Paging Dr Howard,.....Dr Fine...and Dr Ham

Why do you say he is so reliable? He’s caught 12-15 passes since he arrived (minus the garbage game where all starters sat last year at the end). Don’t get me wrong, I like Dotson just fine…but nothing special.

How many targets?

Miami……oh boy….that locker room is a dumpster fire. ALREADY!!!! Yikes!

When you think nerd genius analysis is the way to run a team... " the great O mind" ..loss of common sense and everything else it takes to succeed in sports.

You let the front office do the nerd stuff... the locker room isn't the place for that.

Ok guys.

This Eagles vs Chiefs "Super Bowl rematch” in week 2. Neither team impressed week 1. Eagles won because Ceedee Lamb dropped 2 very catchable balls. Chiefs are 0-1. Carter will be back for the Eagles. That helps the Eagles for sure! Chiefs stadium is loud and a tough place to play for opponents.

Pass rush for the Eagles was non-existent last week and Zadarius Smith didn’t impress last year. Carter will help….i hope a LOT. Jalen Carter will help Adoree Jackson but Mahomes might make Adoree Jackson 2nd string by halftime.

Opposing defenses are going to make Hurts beat them. I’m really anxious to watch this game.

Thoughts from everyone on this game on Sunday please.

A lot in the local media believe it won't be close. The physical whipping wasn't a fluke in February, neither was the loss to the Chargers.

KC has the mystique... not sure it exists vs our team. Our QB still has the same screen saver on his phone...we won the last rematch... at their place.

My concern for the Eagles.... Dickerson's health. That's where I feel they could exploit us with Jones.

You mean Mr. Fumblin Bumblin Stumblin?

Correct. #1 being under center gives the D more to think about. #2 being in shotgun is too far back for a hand off and near give away for pass.

Miles Sanders fumbles ...one could say the key play in losing the game.

Gainwell forces a fumble...one could say that was the key play in winning the game for Pittsburgh.

There is more to being a football player than a 40 yard dash time....which getting caught from behind, doesn't seem like Sanders has much to offer now....soft.

Exact the RB Howie didn't want to pay.

So bad. a bad team in NC relegated him to RB3

Yet Gainwell was out on the field for key plays on the first Pittsburgh drive... must be Tomlin forcing him in the lineup same way Siri forced him in.

Apparently the original deal with Jax was for both Fred Johnson and Tank ... then Jax decided not to throw in Tank. Was revisited afterwards.

Also..no script on offense, just a feel of what Dallas was doing... that led to 3 TDs to start the game.

Gabe is the run stuffer we need rotating in and short yardage situationals.

Image Smith is much better against the run than Gabe Hall while also providing better pass rush skills had 9 sacks last year.

Again plus pass protection, good hands, serviceable runner…. No he isn’t a special talent like Barkley but but a very good RB to have in your room

Reading about Tank hearing he is a liability in pass pro probably a good reason he is going to be RB3 to start.

That and the fact Tank avg. like 32 yards a return though it was only in a small sample think like 11-12 KO returns

BTW, Gainwell was the starter for the Jets.

Ham, what are your thoughts about why the great Offensive mind and his great Offensive scheme are going down so hard in Miami?
