Awesome start to the season:…..wish they would play a full game offensively.

Observations:

• The run blocking is TERRIBLE this season. In the first two games, I "thought” it was just the opponents playing the run very aggressively. A closer look has Steen getting owned WAY too often. And he is not alone. I will trust the coaches, but Steen has not played well this season.

• Cooper DeJean is an outstanding football player. He impresses me more and more every week.

• The offensive "struggles” "lapses” whatever you want to call them are worrisome.

• Is it just me, or does it look like the Eagles have TWO running plays? Let’s find some creativity in the running game PLEASE….and maybe BLOCK!

• Tom Brady announcing his old team…..WAY too biased. Almost annoying with his constant DISPARAGING comments of Mitchell. Fox, keep him away from the Bucs games going forward.

• Defensive linemen- Carter can’t do it all boys. The DEs/rush LBs were nonexistent today. Hunt and Uche and Smith…..EARN your paycheck!

• Really happy to see the Eagles beat the Yuccaneers. Just sick of the Yuccaneers! GO Birds!

And in the cold spells, he and the coaches clam up. Better than runs of INTs. He's not usually going to pass as effectively as he did in the first half today (that's not his baseline) and he's not usually going to be as helpless as he was in the 2nd (not his baseline either). But Hurts, Siri, Patullo, and the finicky connection with the WRs cannot be as jeckyl and hyde as it's been through 4 weeks.

Why does the NFL now require each head coach to do an interview at halftime? Horrible comments. The coaches are annoyed by it and say nothing of substance. Just stupid.

Love and LaFleur have shown so many signs of quality. But…there is room to question whether both have the makeup and what it takes to become champions. That’s all the matters in the end.

The defense is scoring, or blocking punts/kicks. Q and DeJean are defending well. The pass offense is not there unless it's short dink and dunkers(see Goedert). As far as fantasy DeVonta Smith is killing me. The stats just aren't there. IDK seems like we are playing not to lose and counting on the defense to score. That's not going to work at playoff time. Although we are 4-0 it just doesn't look impressive to me. I did not see the full game, just on Red Zone. AJ and Smitty don't seem to garner enough looks to worry a defensive secondary. I'm with Sen, eventually the luck runs out. but this is not near the offense we saw last year. I did enjoy Patullos shovel passes to Goedert at the GL. Just a note though,we won WITHOUT the tush push(although we faked one HAHA) Another nice wrinkle from Patullo. Anyway I'm sure I will get bashed,but without the D making plays and Goedert I'm not seeing an offense that scares anyone. Nice to get the TB monkey off our back(no Evans but a win is a win LOL)

All matters those fans that just think one game at a time is all everything is about wouldn’t understand. Putting up big stats, having a big arm…on and on….aren’t as important as having that champion DNA makeup.
