Tuesday at 05:57 PM2 days who cares about kenny pickett?unless you've seen how many times hurts misses a wr opening up downfield and think it's time for a change, why is this even a topic of discussion right now?

Tuesday at 06:23 PM2 days 2 hours ago, cunninghamtheman said:Key also being to clearly have to beat out our Secondary leader. Slay had a resurrection season last year…. really tough to clearly beat out.Resurrection season being the key expression. His prior year was less than stellar. And one need go no further than James Bradberry to see an example where an incumbent with recent All Pro creds was moved to the side by a younger player. They are playing in the Not For Long league. With that said, you appear to be arguing for retaining Slay for culture reasons. That is ironic since you consistently fail to de the value of Sirianni’s attention to culture. Can you explain that non sequitur?

Tuesday at 06:28 PM2 days 3 hours ago, cunninghamtheman said:But I guess your point is Ringo and Adorre have been so fantastic this season for us … Have you reviewed the All-22 videos of Ringo’s snaps in the last two games? What percentage of his snaps were successes? What percentage failures? After you have reviewed Ringo’s snaps take a look at Q’s snaps.
Tuesday at 06:30 PM2 days 3 hours ago, cunninghamtheman said:The last three seasons supposedly RG was a starting job up for grabs. That competition didn’t even really happen either season. The competition happened, and as is appropriate in a meritocracy, there was a clear winner of that competition.

Tuesday at 07:19 PM2 days Author Pickett was just insurance for Hurts. We got him because he had the NFL experience McKee lacked and we really(at that point) hadn't seen McKee play much. Tuesday at 08:07 PM2 days I’m just fine with the QB personnel the way it became established this season. Didn’t think we could carry the weight of any super developmental QB options. Hurts, Tanner and Howell…works for me.
Tuesday at 08:10 PM2 days Seemed like we were just getting Saquan rolling!?….TD catch…couple of productive runs….or was that just me seeing that in my imagination?

Wednesday at 02:34 AM2 days Man, after re-watching the game from different camera angles, either the O coordinator needs to hit the road, or he needs a swift kick in the behind. There were NINE guys in the box trying to run Barkley into (shame on Hurts for not checking out). They run almost every time Hurts is under center….which is very seldom. Their first down plays are not inspiring. They are not calling plays to Hurts’ strengths. He does not have a strong arm, period…so those WR screens are not effective. His ball takes longer to get there. Defense is there before the ball is. You get paid a LOT of money. Give me the playbook. I’ll develop a better job of playcalling than the team is getting now. Let’s freaking go!Their WR routes are a joke half the time. ALL 4 WRs ran comeback routes on one play. What the hell? It looks like they say, we are better so we dont need to employ strategy to get guys open or develop a more successful run game. It’s embarrassing some of the plays they are running…embarrassing for an NFL team. Not only are they not better, they are damn lucky to be 4-1 for a team that has less offensive yards than their opponent in all 5 games so far.C’MON MAN! This is a good team, so don’t blow it with garbage playcalling. Just saying.

D could not save us last game. Blew a 21-3 lead in 15 minutes. Why did we give up the running game when it finally was working after 4 weeks? We have a nice stockpile of injured players( see roster). We need some of these players back. "Lack of execution" was Hurts quote. Stop the lip service and go execute
