We lost Moore and Coach Doug. The scheme and expectations aren’t there like last season. Hurts not as crisp missing Coach Doug I believe. Came out of TC not sharp and together at all. Then refused to throw. Learning and tightening up curve really been slowed and delayed this season. Gotta point out a Hurts clear limitation factor at play here also. Guys missed open every game. Don’t act like best of the best QBs don’t miss open targets every game. But I have noticed a couple of times here. AJ didn’t participate in TC. AJ was injured and not running hard picking when to give his all. But..seems like AJ healthy now…let’s see if they don’t iron out their connection together here.

The O is on the same page on that play THROW AJ THE BALL!!!! Only one not on that Page was Hurts on that play(well both plays)

Football is a whole process. Not just call a play and execute. Starts way way before now. O is so far below its capabilities it’s near criminal. Ten of 11 returning starters on the SB champs…got stuck with this situation. Hopefully we see massive improvements going forward this season.

But really execution has been a problem, I think the blocking is the biggest issue ( next to Gibbs 3 passes) but maybe Hurts has had more of these type of plays than we know and why AJ could be this frustrated.
