We do lead the league in 3 and outs, unfortunately. I do get it, at least somewhat. We've steered away from zone reads/read options as Hurts took a lot of hits last yr on those and we're protecting him, rightfully so. I'm assuming we'll see them mixed in more in the playoffs. Our OL isn't as good or stable as last yr, causing Barkley to have to run more outside the tackles, but the Jumbo sets are helping with that. After quickly running through the game again, Hurts didn't throw to an open AJ at least 3 times. Supposedly the throw to the EZ late was not on the coaches, but something Hurts and AJ cooked up. If true, at least they're working together, but a dope play either way at that point of the game. This stuff - or the slippery field - doesn't absolve KP of this miserable O. Doubt it's just me who expected some changes after the bye, but it felt like regression. This guy doesn't seem to have an ounce of creativity or guts. The Eagles suck..let's be honest. Winning doesn't matter...it's the method. Would be much better if we got a first down and then punted. The 3 and outs make such a difference

I wouldn't worry about every little move, the big moves matter more...Philips could be the best add at the deadline...and came cheap. If we traded a 3rd, plus a 6th for Philips and a 7th... that's great value. Now pretend this CB was a free throw in... same difference. 2 teams didn't want him, there was no guarantee. Philips was traded because they wanted some value back. Much different

Not sure4th drive penalties derail us been the story of our offense this entire seasonStarting drive after the half we get 3. Two drives later we score a TD.My point opportunities have been there for this offense we just keep shooting ourselves in the footI mean.. the take away from everyone watching with me at the bar was exactly this...it was there but our offensive players kept shooting themselves in the foot...dumb mistakes.

The offense is very erratic, the D is keeping us in games and IMO that's not going to hold up in the playoffs. I want to see what we do now vs DetroitBut we still had Carolina and the Rams game last half of the year that wasn't particularly sharp. I think sometimes we get too greedy here thinking it needs to be domination on both sides of the ball every game. I still see injuries playing a factor...the QB was off his game...untimely slips...or a questionable holding call etc. It is what it is... the team fights and wins. Frigid weather in early November... it's not that easy. Win and move on to Detroit... we have big games coming up the next 3 weeks...all huge for seeding position. 3 wins could almost lock in a #2 seed. Then a nice stretch run to the finish. Gotta move on, plus I'm excited to see Philips keep playing in this defense

They can burst when they need to do so. They showed that in the playoffs last year and in their two games before the bye. But Barkley isn’t running for 2,000 so Patullo, Barkley, AJ and Hurts must suck. That’s what I am reading and because of that we should chuck it all. Eagles were conservative to end the half so bad but not conservative at the end of the game, so bad. Conservative bad/not conservative bad. Got it, I just think this is flawed reasoning.AJ isn’t being critical of the playcalling, folks, he is self scouting. The hammy is frustrating. None of you ever had to battle through a frustrating issue that you could not control. Your body letting you down. That said, the conservative playcalling is hurting the running game a bit. The rawness of Patullo is hurting a bit too. But the play is getting better. Two teams played in February. Eagles got the best of every division as a result and also got two of the toughest divisions in football at the same time. The process is working but some want to scrap everything. I don’t follow that reasoning. Get better everyday is a great winning philosophy.

Bigs and Ship would have some stats. Don't confuse "conservative" offense with "lack of" offense. Limiting turnovers is great, but you also need to score too. There are no points given for moving the ball unless it's across the GL. AJ, one could call, officially disgruntled after his little, latest tirade which he has hinted about earlier, and I really didn't want to see us have diversions like this. Ham claimed Hurts brought him in and it appears Hurts wants him out because he is ignoring him(some friend eh?). Hurts has failed to throw to an open AJ how many times now? No slot production either. I was saying before most these WR's wants stats, to be noticed, recognized, ego boosted, whatever you choose to call it. Luckily our D is closing down opponents to this point, at a slightly better pace then opposition is shutting us down, but let's not confuse this with the offense we had last year. Guys like Darius Cooper will be wondering if they will get any looks if stars like AJ aren't. IDK, maybe I expect too much. Or maybe others make too many excuses. everyone has their own opinions. They key for me thus far is the beat up O line. The BU's are playing well, but the ARE BU's for a reason, but it seems to me Patullo hasn't adjusted for this. He's running the plays assuming this the same healthy line from last year. It's not. Maybe that is the problem???? IDK just my take. On the the Lions who will require much more effort

Colts just lost last week. Pats offense surely isn't consistent. Rams lost to us. Seattle beating up bad teams. Are you really more confident in Sam Darnold, Daniel Jones, Drake Maye and Bo Nix than the Eagles? I think your bar is lower for those teams and when they look bad or lose you just skip over it.For the Eagles...it needs to be score every possession while throwing a shutout or we complain. But we beat 2 of the teams on your list. Idk which team has had a more difficult schedule. Throw in playing in road games at 100 degrees and then 20 degrees within about a month's time difference and winning both games.bUt tHe oThEr tEaMs... lol
