After the humiliating Reagor pick over JJ on TV and watching the Vikes war room erupt in high 5's and laughter, I think his ego was so bruised he went out and fixed it and he's been awesome ever since. He even finds excellent UDFA players to keep around for the future. I do alot of draft research. I don't have 100 scouts like he does,yet he still blows me off the map with his picks. He knows when to move for who he wants. I just pick them with no(or few) moves, but he is not afraid to make any move. Why he is GM of the year. He also keeps his players happy and in the money
