No, a good QB also reads his OTHER OPTIONS. What you deem as "fact" is BS. A good QB will make his PRIMARY read presnap. You don't even understand the game

So once the QB assesses everything and makes his read…then overwhelmingly he goes to his first read. That’s actually great QB play. You know…if the QB makes the correct read. Well on this situation need to add on that if the receiving target is in the same page with him.

Hurts doesn't look hardly at the slot guys. It's why they get no stats from there. I posted a link showing Hurts was a mid tier 3 QB(out of 4 tiers). WHY? becuase he is a QUITTER than made a DEAL

No QB focuses mostly on their weakest targets.

Because it's not a hitch unless he changes direction after this pic was taken

So why is it not a Hitch? You actually pointed out exactly the problem.

Hurts is the top QB. Wouldn’t trade him for any single player anywhere.

Soooo what are we putting the odds at for Hurts being over ran this week against the chargers.

Just feels like we are about to see 10+ QB designed runs this week

I mean it is so predictable that the Chargers should have their main focus in practice this week preparing early for this. Which would add all up to disaster for us.

One read is never ideal. The QB has to make 3-4 reads. That would be ideal and he would find open receivers

One read is always ideal. I completely disagree!

Smitty is actually the worst of the 3 open targets. Hurts can't read the field to save his arse

Smitty was a great option on the Hitch Hurts signaled for from him. Heck…great option on the Slant also. Every which way…Dotson was clearing out.

Because we're not blind, only you are and I'm done with this

Because you rather blond yourself to what’s actually occurring. Just take the time to educate yourself. I even took the time and patience to give you the breakdown you Miss from the sideline hot mic..

The play I would attack Hurts over much more was the interception.

Oline…was it Cam or Dickerson? Really blew their job. So Hurts has free rusher right up the middle. Worst situation for any QB.

Clearly everybody is covered. Blocking failed, targets failed to create separation…just bad playcall and everything all around.

But even though everything sucked so bad…I don’t excuse Hurts for deciding to chuck up that interception.

Dead bad play…that wasn’t executed well enough. None of that is on Hurts. But he just had to eat it. No good options…he tried to force things.

Now…this is a real problem that develops operating in a bad O. At some point playmakers are going to attempt to force things.

Hard to believe you actually ever played the game. When the QB does read the D and makes his choice presnap…like when Hurts signaled to Smitty on this play. Hurts choice was a good play that would have worked. Worked fantastic in fact.

1 read, that's all 1 read

LMAO maybe last year, the year of the quitter, he is 14th(at best) most have him around 19th. "Top QB" LMAO

Timing route quick hitch…yes it was one read Hurts chose based on his read of the situation. 1 read is exactly ideal from your Qb in fact is what I’m simply stating to you.

Most didn’t believe he was worthy of starting. No MAs proclaimed he could never win a championship.

Who has him ranked where and at what point would that mean anything at all to anybody?

The QB read wasn’t the issue…it was that his communication with Smitty wasn’t in sync.

Over and over I asked you to make a case why Hurts chosing Smith Hitch was a bad call there. You never even tried to deny that aspect.

He’s following coaching from Siri

If you only have 1 read why do we have 4 receivers on the field(plus the RB)??? Just have 1 receiver,it's all you need with 1 read. Why are we paying for those other clowns?

Who spent 2023 ‘coaching’ Hurts as his main coaching point for Hurts importance of staying healthy and not exposing himself to injury potential?
