D hop, yep. There are alot of them to like. Personal choice. I liked the unsung guys too like Amendola and Edelman. Guys that you could count in when crunch time came. Saved Brady's butt alot in NE. I liked Avant here for the same reason, before TE's really upped their game

My unsung underrated guy was Robert Woods really shined with buffalo really wanted him when he became a FA with the rams

That was on a 9 game win streak and not like hurts was lighting it up even after the Steelers game granted didn’t play again till the playoffs but under 200s in his next to starts.

But this isn’t something new he has been a lack luster passer his whole career the positive was he ran the ball but he isn’t even doing that so lack luster passing and no offset with his legs

Yep,his failure to run by agreement let's every D key on Barkley

Yeah, pity he caught the injury big. He never really recovered

Players saying no more BS no more finger pointing holding guys accountable…. How real is this talk because to me if guys are not performing it’s time to sit them.

This goes for QB1, Saquon, OL guys, WRs everyone hold them accountable for poor play and show it

Larry Fitzgerald more tackles then dropped passes that is an insane stat line to have not sure another WR will ever have it

One of the best all around WR's ever IMO. he did the dirty work too as you said

Fitzgerald and even D.Hop deserve a whole other respect with the QBs they had over the years and still produced…. Yea Megatron had some bad QB play and a terrible franchise but after first few years he got Stafford

Yeah the top WR's get drafted into bad teams, but if you have a young QB with upside, they suffer for a few years. AKA instant gratification, sometimes at the WR's expense. Happened to my boy DJ Moore. He's still never been on an outstanding team. Maybe this year he is. He has a nice guy opposite him too, but now he is the "old man"

I feel like us changing OC is just another bandaid I’d stick with Patullo again next year…. Sink or swim either we figure it out we fire the staff change the QB something…. Enough of this shuffle we are not going to be able to keep getting promising young OC with experience every year

Once again Hurts biggest asset was his running and with his side deal he has handcuffed Patullo. Very much limiting what he can call, but worse yet. Hurts used to be a HUGE threat on broken plays which stopped the all out pass rush and now he is playing like a little girl and Bark suffers for it especially with the weaker O line. Hurts "man card" has been declined for inadequate play

Rice in his prime no and hey if he was getting gunner guarded like Megatron and quad covered hey might stand corrected.

But I did state that Jerry is the GOAT that isn’t even up for debate freak athlete in his own right had what a 1k season in his 40s

He was the WR that had the most impact on winning that I've ever seen. What was it 25 TDs in 12 games during the strike year. Early in his career where the DBs could attempt to actually be physical with WRs and the QBs that got them the ball weren't protected.

Then you get to the Superbowl that Steve Young won... they go right down the field with Rice multiple times and he gets hurt and comes off a few series and it they couldn't move the ball.

Didn't matter what coverage or who you threw at him, he was the alpha.

I just really follow and involved with our Eagles. Also was key to have watched the presser that week. You forget we had our low moment the game before the Steelers. That added on to the fact we were the worst first quarter scoring team in the league.

And?

So prior to this year...the Eagles have been no worse than the 8th best rushing team under Siri.

Your difference that you see this year is Hurts nor having a top running game. I mean you basically have 3 elements to how you move the ball... handoff to a RB, QB decides to keep the ball and run on either a designed play or scramble..with the 3rd being passing the ball.

You take away the rushing game with the RBs....if Hurts doesn't run...that only leaves his passing. His passing game comes with the most excuses I've ever seen to push blame away from any QB.

I mean...if the play call has the luck of the right defensive look presnap to where the 1st read is wide open... which NFL QB couldn't consistently dominate... a good QB shouldn't need that. Tweak a play at the line, make a second read, adjust if a defensive look isn't exactly perfect. Make a throw to a guy that only has the small windows.

Idk how you can call him a top QB yet feel he always needs to have everything perfectly set up.

Andre Johnson for Houston as well ...the original DHop ... top Houston WR on a bad team.

Part of that is Hurts own fault. If he is no threat to run, there is no need to have a spy for him or contain him past the LOS. They can play RB/pass containment and force him to throw, which he seems most hesitant to do, so in essence Hurts self preservation selfishness has taken away 2 of your 3 possibilities. As an OC how can you function having a mediocre passing QB with 1 option? How many play calls are there for that 1 out of 3 scenarios you listed, where your QB has a limited arm and doesn't like to throw? All those "vanilla" play calls are because there aren't any more plays to call!!!! All you can do is run, run then hope Hurts converts if he feels like it. Hurts really let this team down, very disappointing. With a weaker O line he needed to take up some slack, instead he threw everyone under the bus. I'd gladly take the blame all day, every day too for 55 million a year. I was finally glad Hurts became the complete QB we both wanted all along for years. But after winning the SB, he could care less. Very disappointed in him. Maybe Ham was right, getting married ruined him because he is no longer putting himself out there for the team. he got his trophy, he got his MVP, he got his ring and as far as he's concerned he's done giving. We won games early due to the sheer talent of Bark and a semi healthy O line. When the injuries started, Hurts never adjusted, he just lets the same old plays happen and now he's back to 1 read. If he can't make the throw it's like "oh well, I'll just take the blame next presser and whatever". Ham called me a hater because I wanted him to step up his game. He reached that last year. Now that he has, he is a QUITTER and is actually giving me a reason to be a "hater" The other 52 should beat his ass. Now the question is, with his CRAP attitude how much more BS will Howie take?(did he know???) I would love to know who accepted this "agreement" outside of his(Hurts) contract. Was this known by Lurie???? It's so bad now, Hurts can't even pull off the tush push. This "side agreement" should be cause to void contracts if players can decide after they sign to NOT PLAY. I'm sorry, this really PISSES ME OFF(I'm sure you couldn't tell). If I'm Fangio, I'm also also pissed cause now MY guys have to make up for Hurts BS. Maybe the D guys made side agreements not to play either (seems they found out about this 2 weeks ago and we lost 2 in a row????) I just want to SCREAM(I'm sure you couldn't tell). I'm with 93, put up or shut up, then shut up and GTFO if you aren't going to earn your pay. There was ZERO reasons to lose to the Bears. Seems Hurts only wants to play in the playoffs now and let everyone else carry his sorry arse there . the other 52 deserve better and so do the fans. Rant over

Congrats to IU. The missed OSU kick will haunt that poor kid forever, but IU deserved to win. Some nice D guys on both D lines. Max Klare didn't show me enough to warrant me wanting to take him with a high pick. I'm now leaning towards Joe Royer with our 2nd 3rd and even that could be a reach. I would rather pay to make a trade for a better one since none of the ones we took seemed to have any affect except to fill out a room and the TE draft is weak once again unless you strictly want a pass catcher. The IU WR Sarrat really showed me he can be a viable draft pick

Never should have happened this season….

Chargers 24- Eags 13

Derwin James huge game

Interception with more than five tackles

Derwin is also a problem blitzing…we had better be prepared and read this coming.
