He didn't really carry us this year our defense kept us in games and Hurts did just enough to get by. He had no 300 yard games all year. That is not very good.

I don't think we replace Hurts yet... the contract makes him the starter in 2026 and 2027. But it will be curious if and when they draft the next QB.

Hurts never EVER carried this team. Last year he had the best surrounding cast in the league. This year the O line wasn't as good yet Hurts NEVER made up that ground did he? He just side dealed himself so he could avoid playing hard. He is a SELLOUT. When the going gets tough, Hurts heads for the exits and claims "I need to do better" Nice words, but never happens does it? When did he plan on doing better????

How about the players execute? You can have ONE play. If you hand the ball to Barkley/ Tank and he/they gets 5 yards a carry and he does that every down you win. ONE play 5 yards per carry. You wouldn't even face a 3rd down. You could use a 4th string QB for that, but if no defense can stop that ONE play, you score every time you have the ball(yes I understand it's extreme). AJ dropping 3 out of 7 targets and getting 25 yards isn't worth paying for. I can do that for 1/10th the salary. Think of the savings!!!

2023 Siri main coaching point with Hurts was save himself. Team needed him more than any single first down conversion or regular season single win.

I predicted so obviously under bad O coaching our O would suffer just like it did. Obviously!

He fell on the sword for everybody. 2023 he actually stood up to wanting so much more than Siri O. Took heat for that.

All your judgement is based on under Siri in his worst O. Just nowhere close to fair. Proved clearly he can bring home Championships like you stated he never would.

It takes a scheme and coaching to do all that. Moore did so much in that area last season. See in any real scheme …there are expectations and reasons for where the ball should go in every situation.

Instead of coaching(like Siri) don’t get hurt in 2023 and don’t throw interceptions in 2024…a real coach teaches where the ball should be going to accel.

This is the exact hardest way to do things. Choosing the worst O that’s most predictable to execute. How about just reaching for an average O scheme? A real scheme at least.

It was actually Siri coaching in 2023 that completely stressed the importance to keep Hurts from taking hits.
