Felt like he was saved until picking up at the end of the season. He’s a volume RB…relying on a workload.

Felt like he was saved because he was getting killed in the backfield all season and never had a chance to get going like in 2024 that the massive difference in the two OLs one unit being healthy and the other riddled with injuries

Makes me wonder about if Lane is done?

Don’t think so doubt he wants to leave that way likely will return one more season but we definitely need to look at getting the next guy in here. Even if Lane does return he is likely to miss games

A Becton return also seems likely on the cheap as well with reports the Chargers are likely to cut him. Should also greatly bolster our OL depth

Nevermind…you aren’t even following your own statements.

Tough watching the receivers in this Rams/Hawks game…making great fingertip one handed catches on the sidelines. While we had AJ dropping everything.

He was rumored to be able to come back and play before the end of the regular season. Then couldn’t suit up for the playoff game. All just leads to speculation about if he’ll ever play again. Wanting to go out this or that way rarely actually factors in.

Maybe if our QB would actually throw the ball to our WRs when they are open or give them a chance to make a play in coverage especially when AJ was the best WR against single coverage the year before, and is a jump ball specialist. In the 2025-2026 NFL season, Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown had 1 drop in the regular season according to FOX Sports but he dropped everything.

Lol the guy had a big drop in the playoffs doesn't mean he drops everything.

I love using facts to show you that you are wrong and your only comment is a picture of one drop.

Three drops in the Chargers game alone

He also had 100 yards in that game(which was a rarity)

What did the Sham Wow guy used to say? But there’s more!

I don’t see how you could trust AJ this season?

Becton said he didn't like Greg's offense and didn't really feel comfortable in it, which means he felt very good in Stoutland and Siris, Nobody is going to trade away a starting O linemen during the season are you really insane?(rumors) lmao. Ham loves his "unnamed sources"

BTW I would love to have Becton back. We live and die on a dominating Oline

I trust him more than Hurts. AJ is a top 5 WR. Hurts isn't even a top 10 QB.

JMO they should make "drops" one of the stats on these. Of course it's difficult and opinions on what constitutes a drop vs a poorly thrown ball. https://www.espn.com/nfl/player/gamelog/_/id/4047646/aj-brown

He wanted out. Stopped running routes when Hurts threw to him. Dropped the ball. Possibly even sitting out TC over forcing a trade. Dropped passes. He still was targeted at least 7 times a game.

All while creating the least separation of any receiver in the league

He wanted out because the QB wouldn't throw him the ball and our offense struggled because of it

I don't buy into conspiracy theories.

He had a big game right before the trade deadline…then sat out the next week. Was that all just about forcing his way out?
