Kind of crazy how McDermott was wanted out so badly when he was our DC only to become one of the better coaches in the NFL.

Think the Raiders should strongly pursue him think he would be great at building a winning culture for that organization.

With the McDermott firing opens up Joe Brady for us possibly as a new OC option

With so many coaching positions open, looking at just OC and not HC could be costing us some opportunities. If Siri really did recommend the last 2 OC's, I have to question how much that cost this team, at this time with the players we've had. I simply don't value what he brings ( or took away ) to this team.

Doesn’t sound like this FO is questioning Siri standing as the HC at all way more speculation and rumors regarding our QB right now

IDK seems to me they re done hiring Siri's "buddies". he may or may not be involved deeply in the process. They DO need to get along, however IDK how much they would trust Siri's hiring judgement

He should be. The side deal really pulled the rug out from under this team. Hurts isn't hungry anymore and he doesn't want to stub a toe for this organization now. Very sad. He lost this team
