Think this draft holds a lot of interesting guys at TE the issue with them are they aren’t the day 1 Brock Bowers or Ty Warren guys. Lot of guys think would do great as the #2 for a year sitting behind Geodart or another TE

Honig 6’7 270 really good athlete just limited experience playing the position blocking is top tier to the point NFL scouts are even considering him as a OL

Klein- Michigan TE better athlete than Loveland even topped out at like 22mph just didn’t play as much but a willing blocker

Norfleet- another tall TE at 6’6 listed as 260 but heard reports he could be as small as 235 gives the receiving element and sounds like he develop into the blocker with his size.

Delp- bring the rare size and speed you rarely see from a TE needs to get stronger and better as a blocker and we do like our Georgia bulldogs

Kitselman- maybe the most traditional TE in the draft prototypical size for a TE strong blocker more of a possession style TE was also a leader for the Vols

Right, the TE's in this draft are "role specific" We could use to add one, but no all around threats I can see. Some have Sadiq in round 1,I'm sure he will go there but a reach IMO. depends how desperate you are

Some programs tend to ignore the position,so unless you are up close and personal(which we fans aren't privvy to) it's very hard to tell "what you got"

Who is Michael Carter II???? And why does he have a $10 mil cap hit? I thought Adoree Jackson was the other CB last year??

When did we get this guy??? And I'm assuming that we can trust that they will cut him to save the cap hit?

IDK nuttin about him. He did just a few games with the wuss. For that price I'm letting him walk

2nd WR and 2nd OT because they were the BPA

This draft feels like we are taking an edge in the first round. Seems to be fairly heavy with edge players were we pick and one of the bigger needs on the team

I DO like Caleb Banks from FL, but he is a DT

Don’t see it we are an organization that believes in building inside-out been the core philosophy since Banner. Trenches are decimated right now.

Plus we have a QB that limited passer couldn’t get it going with AJ/Smith not going to change with a new #1 WR and Smith

Sure. I'm taking O line too, both G and T early but Hurts is doomed without a big possession WR

Dotson probably gone also, the WR room is weak even if AJ stays. We need top development guys cause even if he stays it won't be for long

We are doomed regardless if we don’t have a top 5 D unit and elite ground game. We weren’t successful passing with AJ Brown and Smith not expecting us to be successful passing without AJ nobody we draft is going to be better then AJ Brown day 1

Wilson probably back(Hurts trusted him) IDK what Cooper can do.Maybe he could fill for smitty, but if Aj went down we have nothing in the bank

IDK if a rook has good hands and avoids drops why can't he get the same 1k yards? AJ lost alot with drops. Need someone to avoid the double team on Smitty

With the retool we won't have an elite ground game with a banged up right side. CB much needed also and a decent S prospect. That's the problem when you need everything

And the Eagles philosophy in these situations is going inside out so yea 100% believe they go edge/OL or OL/edge with the first two picks.

CB I’d guess we find another veteran to plug and play as the #2 guy.

We tried that last year brining in everyone under the sun to no avail. Time to add some TALENT at CB

And we still had one of the better secondary in the league with Adoree and no pass rush…. So yea veteran plug and play #2 a Greg Newsome maybe with a beefed up pass rush adding edge with one of the top two picks makes a ton of sense.

WR id honestly look at Doubs in free agency has the familiarity with the system Mannion likely wants to run

My goal this draft would be to reinforce the trenches ideally OT OG, Edge with 3 of our top 4 picks.

The other 3rd rounder I likely would consider a TE here Max Klare possibly sounds like he would fit with Mannion if he slips into the 3rd. Brett Norfleet I think will raise up boards as well just questions about his playing weight right now

Parsons said he was close to becoming an Eagles…but cowboys were demanding Jalen Carter…he didn’t want to come here without Carter next to him.

Just for fun

Welp.I don't really like playing "what if" If AJ goes there is zero way to know if Doubs would come here, or ANY "veteran" and even if he did like I said we have a weak WR room, so if AJ goes WR would priority over TE. Your alternative is trading a high pick for him or any "vet" which defeats the purpose unless a guy like Doubs really wants out like AJ does(maybe he does but I can't follow every teams gripes). So I draft my future. Fill in later like Howie does. WR;s now, at least the higher picks are or near "NFL ready". Look at how the top WR's have fared after being drafted. Smitty, Smith-Njigba, I mean you know Carnell Tate is going to succeed out of the gate. WR's get big heads then teams dump them off because the young kids aren't Prima Donnas yet for 4-5 years LOL. I don't need to trade 1 Prima Donna for another. I would rather play kids that are hungry to become those Prima Donnas. Just have a different view of building a team. Already said I want to hit the O line many times. Just would need to hit the right WR. not another Reagor LOL
