The good thing about if we trade AJ... the QB will obviously follow. If he doesn't run anymore and loses both AJ and Goedert... Smith ( like him a lot) not going to be enough to advance Hurts to mediocre passer....which was the level that was winning with the elite run game.

If the run game isn't elite, then we will need more than just mediocre passing.

Another OC.... 4 years in a row where the $50 million QB doesn't pass well... we know that the front office isn't going to extend that contract.

And we do know with big contracts, they don't like to let them just finish. .they either extend or get rid of the player early and save the cap space.

So bye bye AJ.... should easily lead to BYE BYE Hurts

He ranked 19/32. Losing AJ will drop that further. Losing Goedert would be catastrophic as teams double team Smitty. Hurts would fall out of Hamheaven with a distinctive THUD. The whole town could go up for sale cheap. Amazon would go belly up due to lack of nutsack polish sales , then the whole US economy collapses. DOOOOOOOOOOOMED

Will be interesting to see if we keep/extend McKee and how the new OC views him. I think he will be frustrated with Hurts and sounds to me, unlike Patullo, he's going to let the FO know about it

Already was explaining this to you couple years ago. How with Moore’s success would determine should have fired Siri and promoted Moore. But not many can do and make that kind of decision. But we didn’t. What happened? Yep…like I foretold..Siri promoted his right hand man and the O stunk.

So missed any chance to repeat…which was very much within our reach had we possessed a O mind. So here we are again..instead of Moore we have Mannion.

Situations determine what occurs..or strategy. Situation for us was huge getting Fangio. He chose good players…draft, trade, FA. So of course we’d rely on the side of the ball with fantastic coaching versus pathetic…duh.
