I wish him well, but I think he will get frustrated too as I assume Hurts isn't going to run for the remainder of his contract. Why should he? He already got paid and got his trophy. He's not hungry anymoreIdk..maybe this is the guy that can teach him how to read a defense and win without having to run ? It is what it is.

Not sure about this coaching situation.Conspiracy theory- get the team to tank over the next 2 years, while getting alot of replacement rookies in, let all the high price contracts expire-get the #1 draft pick and take a QB in round 1 . Ham should have a field day with this one HAHAHAHA

I did watch a little(fake) pro bowl. Hurts was running all over which he didn't do vs SF because there was no threat in the PB. Looked like the guy we paid big money to that pulled a Houdini

February 5Feb 5 Stoutland apparently said that learning Mannion scheme was one part of why opting to step down since it’s completely different blocking wise from what he does.So the one positive I think we can take from this is we seem serious about implementing Mannion O which falls under the Mcvay/Shanahan tree

I'm also thinking we're going to change how our TE's are used. maybe less blocking more weapon which seems to be the trend with the young TE's

February 5Feb 5 Author Omar shows some top rate route cuts in the above vid. This kid growing on me. I would even move up a little if I had to, to get him. Still like Fields too. I like Omars build, almost like a RB so he gets alot of YAC even if he has to bash through traffic

February 5Feb 5 Do think it needs to be added that Mannion did offer Stoutland to stay on the staff it was Stoutland decision to step down. Seems as though Mannion did realize that Stoutland is a top tier coach and wanted to keep him on staff.

February 5Feb 5 Mahaffey was a former FB has been coaching since 2013 was GB WR coach last two seasons
February 5Feb 5 Wonder if we look to bring in Malik Willis especially if we aim trade McKee…. Not sure what Willis would cost but he has familiarity with Mannion and his skill set is similar to Hurts…. And Willis did really well under Mannion as his QB coach.
