Milton clearly had much more work needed to put in to get there. He did it. David just finally worked out last offseason. We aren’t discussing the same thing…even though you seem to believe you can spin LAZY into development.lol you just make up narratives in your head and stick with them Milton Williams had half a sack 2023 that same year Davis had 2.5 sacks.Mind you Davis has consistently improved every year he was playing for us was even flashing more in 2024 before putting it all together last season.

March 10Mar 10 He played a career-high 686 defensive snaps while starting all 17 regular-season games. No NFL defensive tackle had more run stops than Davis' 34.He finished second among all NFL interior defensive linemen in tackles (72) and third in passes defensed (6).He set new personal benchmarks in QB pressures (22), tackles for loss (9), and sacks (4.5).He became the first player in Eagles history to win both NFC Defensive Player of the Week and NFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors in the same season. His blocked field goal attempt that was returned for a touchdown to seal the win over the Rams was the Eagles' play of the year. This isn’t a stats of a guy that is lazy and just decided to work to get paid Davis has consistently shown the flashes throughout his career with us and finally put it all together last season well deserved paid day. Way better then anything Milton did for us his entire time as an Eagle

The GM doesn’t "get creative” …unless he really needs to unload that player. Simple..basic…obvious stuff…for me at least.Hunh???? The GM doesn't want the huge dead cap hit for 2026. That's smart business. What are you blind to???

Feeling like we are more likely to keep AJ BrownYou would think it would certainly lessen the chance of New England looking to pay AJ. Who else is on Ham's...Oops I mean AJ's list?Of course...we know the cap situation so if a trade were to occur, most likely after June and any team could see what they were able to get in the draft.Who knows. I still feel like they want to see the new offense and aren't convinced of the QB. And it's obviously the QB that is AJ's issue. So maybe AJ stays and Hurts leaves after this year?

Thanks for kind of clearing up what you were referring to as the Dline though. What will the Dline look like after Fangio though? Coin toss

Finally!

Last year was the break out year. The dude was 25.Milton Williams had half a sack in 2023 had a good season in his contract season before he got bad which still was worse then Davis.
March 10Mar 10 This idea that a player has to be great right away because they are a 1st round lick is just stupid. Yes took Davis longer than most would like to be the player we drafted guess what it happens.Brandon Graham was seen as a bust until like 2017 when he finally put it together 7 years into his career
