LOL But Stoutland is excellent. he could be even better if we provide better talent Stout picked out Mailata and molded him. Can’t think of any coach I give carte blanche too more

Again Stout can be like hey we need a G does that mean we address it no Now if stout like hey Steens my guy he our starter that says a ton in my opinion

Just pay the guy early....use Wentz as the example...pay early and you can easily get out of the deal. Wait.. you overpay and never can recover. Howie is doing that this offseason with everyone... yet cap hits are all low using the max amount of years to spread things out .. and then also beating the market spike. Not all brilliance paying guys early…when you are backing up the Brinks truck to do it.
April 26, 20242 yr Author Steen is "the guy" because there is no one else is all I am saying. maybe he is,but I'd like some competition to prove it

That’s a point many aren’t seeming to consider here. Stout can get serviceable work out along the Oline. Could we get by with Steen under Stout while having a more talented player brought in at another position? Would this make us a better team as a whole?

April 26, 20242 yr Author https://www.philadelphiaeagles.com/team/players-roster/ Here's the roster, only 1 G listed, the other 3 are "OL" Not much competition for Steen here thus far

April 26, 20242 yr So the real questions are 1) w/ the run on OL in the 1st, who is left that would be an improvement over Steen and 2) how would that person compare to other getable players at other positions
April 26, 20242 yr When Kelce said what he said about Jurgens I felt the question at C was answered, now not so sure

Gotta look at Cooper at LB,Mahogany is one of the few T/G's left, but 53 is too high for him

April 26, 20242 yr We could go WR Franklin and TE Sinnett…I’d be fine with that…..LB Wilson and DT Jenkins….think Rosie probably trades back today…but would be perfectly fine if we just grab two significant players pretty much play anywhere.
April 26, 20242 yr 26 minutes ago, cunninghamtheman said: So far …the big downfield plays has been the strength. Not really...that's the WRs making the adjustments.... his strength is nailing that slant and short cross like its a handoff... very excellent throwing that ball in a small window.

But you don't back up the " salary cap brinks truck" that's a separate truck. Ive been trying to explain it to you for years. Didn't Smith get 3 years 75 mil extension...after the 5th year option... which means until 2028. Yet total cap hits are $61 million from 2024 to 2028. Different brink trucks... pay the player ,with a separate brink truck, do it early to make them happy. Keep the cap hit brink truck from being used... by paying the player early. And I've been trying to explain how it starts the cycle....start after year 3, then you can keep restructuring early on a quality player. Keeps saving cap. You miss one...and it doesn't matter. Jerruh is on opposite cycle...he can't seem to break it.

He’s been the making the explosive plays maker. But I can agree that he could totally be the short and intermediate timing accurate passer. Really what I hope is the main point of emphasis this offseason. We all know Hurts will work his butt off to accomplish whichever tasks are presented to him this offseason.

Ham, use your eyes... when the slant is on the money in tight coverage, thats the QB. When they hit a jump ball or a long underthrown pass where the WR is ahead of the DB.. thats the WR making that play. Stop with 2022 new definition of explosive plays.
