Rosie even screwed up Fangio taking over as DC. Had him a completely lined up and everything to be Eagles DC. Yet Rosie chased Gannon so hard to just get one more season rental out of him. So far as stirring up a scandal just trying to force Gannon back.

I think the Georgia kids are helping with that culture a decent amount. Saw a video with Davis and Carter helping the Nigerian kid. He is already calling them family.

Video posted when Smith was a draft prospect asking where he would prefer to go. He said somewhere they don't play just for the paycheck....I think he has helped big time with the culture as well. Dude just wins everywhere he plays but also understanding your role as being part of your teammates life.

Getting own team as HC big as it comes. But winning SB and performance there always should trump anything else.

Georgia cranks out some great young men. Some have to get through the jump to adulthood leaving their college days behind. Siri has cultivated the perfect atmosphere to get that done. As you said when your schools rep is on the line you best fall IN line. The culture here is now "you better get a clue because Philly will cut you no slack" Boys to men is working fine here

Gannon completely failed us…right in most critical moment! I’d send him packing before he could legally accept HC Cards job officially! His DC job performance graded fantastic up until that SB. Grade for Gannon that SB couldn’t be lower. About worst D performance could have happened. Elite super talented D…..biggest moment couldnt even challenge or contest anything. Knew Kelce was only weapon. Sure he’s elite all time TE. But double or triple team him then. No player that unguardable. Couldn’t even make throws challenging. 

Mahomes and Kelce weren’t forced to perform like superstar incredible unstoppable athletes. They did simple easiest plays anybody could execute flawlessly everytime.

Going to be fun seeing the Nigerian kid bloom. Going from not knowing how how put a helmet on, from "this is a football" to getting his shot to flatten some dudes LOL. I love the stories of guys getting the shot to move out of poverty. Some have no father figures, football is the closest they get to guidance. I love hearing the back stories and how happy they are the Eagles took a chance with them. Even if they don't stay here,they have learned what a winning team is made up from
