What is CSN Philly?

That's the local Comcast Sports Network... CSN. That's the local TV station with all the Philly sports (the Eagles obviously on national TV, so immediately following the post game show) they also do a daily show called " Birds Huddle" Former player Barrett Brooks is the host. Jason Avant is a guest along with other local beat writers and reporters. I believe CSN has a network in most cities across the country.

If you ever listen to a press conference... these are usually all the people asking the questions... from all of these links.

I agree... with the idea that he could have had these clots the whole time.... but then they would have found them in London and he wouldn't have played and remained in London.

But it seems that you were implying that they could have been there the whole time, were found and he still played?

But thanks for giving me another site not to read... Fansided.

I think we should start out own site, we have the same credibility as a lot of these sites. WE don't like Dallas, lets make up stuff about them. Do we get paid for it?

We probably could LOL. Maybe I can add another $1.50 a month to my retirement income LOL

Comcast Sports Network - Philly. Dave Zangaro and Reuben Frank do a nice job, no BS. They also have podcasts on youtube titled Eagle Eye.

BTW... look what is right there.... maybe ASG needs to see this. This is Hurts agent releasing this JOINT statement.... obviously this is all they want to say regarding the matter for now. While some would say the Eagles have a PR problem... I say that they should respect the wished of the player and not discuss the matter until he does.

But... I'm naturally not a sinical person nor am angry at a sports organization for anything. Also, the last decade plus has taught me how much full of crap any thing I read and hear from any source is... I refuse to be emotionally strung along by any " news report" until I get all the fact.

2026... EVERYONE HAS AN AGENDA... BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BELIEVE.

New news here.... I'm listening to the radio.... seems ALL the doctors reports are saying that it was OK to play and fly with a " superficial blood clot" it's not the same as what he has now.

You and ASG seem to be experts on this more than me... what have you guys heard about the specific thing that Hurts had prior to playing. Can you differentiate the two different type of clots?

Further report, currently right now it's reporting that Hurts isn't limited in any physical activity (obviously contact sports are a no)

So I really advise people to relax on this. Common sense.. this isn't 1930s Germany here with people forcing Hurts to play. Until we hear anything concrete, let;s assume that everyone followed the proper procedure here.... this reminds me of Ham automatically thinking we we " tampered" with Barkley.

As Ike Reese is saying on the radio at the moment... " it's difficult to believe the Eagles would put Hurts life in danger just for one football game" Or... everyone was just that stupid to put his life in danger.

Common sense.

BTW.. coming out that it was advice from the team for everyone to stay up after the flight ... I've been to Italy 5 times, the time change throws you off when you go forward, so depending upon the time of the flight, it absolutely makes sense that they stayed up to try to time their sleep better for the game. I've experienced leaving here just after dinner and getting there some time between breakfast and lunch, staying up straight through the next day.

Last few things...safe to fly

Safe to play when not on the blood thinner...

They passed more. Like 4 passes to every rush.

That could have been because they were out of RBs

On a much brighter note AJ had 4 drops this week

The ultrasound was used to monitor... and used to observe and monitor once he got home.

The only thing that possibly could be considered bad ...would be if he played and then flew without another ultrasound.

But one would logically think...that this was monitored... he was not in any danger to play or fly... Just that playing and flying increased the chance of moving the clot.... better term changing rhe clot from " superficial to deep vein"

In which case it's obvious they were continuing to monitor him so his life was really never in any danger.

The idea was he could play if he avoided the blood thinner... he tried.

Only debate I see is if it was smart to sit him out to see if the clot cleared... and possibly missing less time.

This doesn't seem to be about his health as much as how much time he misses.

Obviously the collective decision was to play and hope for the best...while continuing to monitor. Never being in real danger.

That doesn't translate to us normal people because we don't get xrays and ultrasounds and blood tests on a daily basis. This is what might be triggering people thinking they aren't on top of it

5th round pick for 2027... we can monitor the Patriots next year when we get their 2nd round pick.

But speaking of trades... how about Cleveland... 4-2 in first place... a young Verse ...and 2027 1st, 2028 2nd and 2029 3rd from the 2-4 Rams.

The best is the Rams can't trade him to an AFC North team or the 2029 pick becomes a 1st.

We could be seeing Cleveland making the proper moves to turn things around. I think it's great for the league when teams that have been irrelevant start having success.
