It's about his market reach.  He has 158 million followers. 

That alone is nothing but 100% free publicity for the league.  He reaches 158 million people with each Instagram post. 

You're in sales...you, out of all people, should know...what would you be able to accomplish with 158 million leads?

I honestly think the XFL was going somewhere but just total unfortunate timing with Covid.  I really liked some of the new rules they implemented.  They didn't seem to be trying too hard.  The quality of play wasn't fantastic but that's to be expected with new teams, coaches, players and whatnot from head to toe. 

The Rock has made himself to be an enormous franchise.  He's an Under Armor athlete so you wonder if he can get a deal with them to do uniforms and such, although I'm pretty sure UA is hurting pretty bad right now too.

I'd love to see the XFL develop in to a minor league of sort or at least like the good old NFL Europe days, allow teams to have players on teams across the league.

It’s like I said. His market reach alone is worth tens of millions of dollars in free publicity alone for the league.  How they handle that publicity and manage the league is another story.

Watching highlights of 02 playoff game vs Falcons. Corey Simon was a monster in that game. That’s one guy who looked like a perennial pro bowler at times but could just never find consistency. I think the Eagles franchised him one year?

Good luck with it - I hope it's not too bad.  It does seem to be moving quickly.  We were just in Surf City last week and were happy to not have it impact our beach trip.

Lifted the tag because he wouldn't sign it and it was using cap for a player they didn't have and couldn't trade.

For the first time in probably 15 years or so... I’m not the slightest bit excited for training camp. Everything is and will be covid Covid covid... it’s not fun at all.

Yeah i think he had Lazyitus pussifluenza.😒

Having said that yeah something to do with him having some undisclosed disease but rather than be forthcoming about it he messed around with the eagles holding out for more money and cheese burgers then got signed by colts played horribly as a fat tackle then messed around with rhe colts as well. 

Dude was good for first couple years of his career then a total waste of time, too bad hecwas such a tool he could have bern good instead he was just fat and useless.

I hate when people mention him as a great eagle or top eagle DT in the same breath as cox or brown, ill take harmon over him patterson heck even sam rayburn played better than him in 2004.

Simon is a huge disappointment in the same vein as shawn Andrews except Corey simon was never All pro or best in league for his position, Andrews was.
