There are false negatives, too. I know from personal experience. The test is, per my primary doctor, only about 70% accurate.

love CFB but yeah. there are way too many variables and unknowns with the amount of teams there are.

Is it just me or will all these false positive/negative tests cause a ridiculous amount of problems for players?  If Carson has a false positive test on a Saturday, misses the game Sunday, then has to test 3-4 more times to prove it's negative, I'm gonna lose my sheet.  And I'm also gonna blame Dallas.  Or McNabb.

Honestly this paragraph is the most important of the entire thing and the last sentence is what they came to the conclusion of based on their experimenting

Based on these data, it is plausible to hypothesize that pre-existing cross-reactive HCoV CD4⁺ T cell memory in some donors could be a contributing factor to variations in COVID-19 patient disease outcomes, but this is at present highly speculative (36).
