Even with the coaching change where do you go from there to get to the next level. I’m not sure there’s a path to taking the necessary steps to becoming a legit contender besides Ben Simmons and embiid become the players they are supposed to cause minimal assets to make moves

Wilson and Parsons look like top 10 picks, so it’s not a huge knock.

Embiid and Simmons are young and talented enough to win with a few other pieces around them.   I really think a different coach would make a substantial difference for this team.  The

CYE has some funny moments but a lot of it doesn't hit home for me.  Seinfeld has a lot of stand alone bits that are hilarious.

Curb used to be so good. The past few seasons have been meh.

I have the feeling that if there's a season -- and I actually think there will be -- every team will have about 5-10 guys on that list at any point during the season. I think the season can be managed that way, with guys cycling in and cycling out. Sure you might lose some KEY players while your opponents don't, and that'll suck for you. But you should be able to survive some hits like that. Now, if it gets to something like a quarter of rosters going down, well, that's when things could fall apart for the league.

Them forcing a game 7 against Toronto last year and losing on that fluky Kawhi shot was probably the worst thing to happen for them because it solidified Brown's job for this season. Monty Williams should have been the guy and he went to Phoenix where he has done a pretty good job with a ten-win increase from their total last year with games still left to play.

Yeah I agree. How many you think would have to test positive before a team was forced to forfeit? 10? 15? Then you got other teams missing games too and you can’t play double headers like in baseball.   Or say a team can’t play and the following week you discover a bunch of them were false positives. 
 

Could be a total mess. Personally, I’m finding it close to impossible to get excited for this season.
