I say this cause had clients/patients say this to me the fear of some people is those lawyer commercials about medication or medical procedures that wound up having long term side effects. They believe that is a Distinct reality of what could happen with it not having enough research. Sounds dumb in those terms but a lot of America thinks that way. 

I will follow your dad’s approach and let a few waves take the vaccine before I do but as I am retired, I can easily continue the masking, social distancing and the hygiene I already had.

I drive through Texas numerous times a year wearing my Eagles cap with my Eagles license plate holder and Eagles sticker in the window.  I also go down to Baltimore occasionally and sport my Eagles cap and sometimes a t-shirt.

I am an Eagles fan.  I do follow the Ravens and Texans but wouldn’t call myself a fan of those teams but if I am watching a game with one of them playing, I pull for them if no impact on the Eagles.  My longest friend and roommate for part of the time I was in college, my father in law and brother in law and numerous other friends from my youth are Texan fans.  I worked out of the Baltimore area for close to thirty years so have have a number of friends that are Ravens fans.  My son’s longtime girlfriend’s family are Ravens fans.  I enjoy talking football with all of them. BTW, Texans fans hate the cowpads as much as Eagles fans.
