Are you guys serious? Agholor is a 5 year veteran and in only 1 of those years did he play like capable, productive, nfl wide receiver. 3 of the other years, he played like a guy who shouldn’t be in the nfl as a wide receiver. And in the other year (2018), he was basically Greg ward of last year.

so yes, I would be surprised if he "looked good” (or however you quantify that) and so should anybody else who followed his pro career.

Does he drop it?

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Nelson Agholor (15) on the field for practice at 2020 Training Camp.

You can even tell from this picture how uncomfortable he is even attempting this catch.  It's technically "over the shoulder," and he wanted more than anything to turn around first.  There's no chance he came down with this ball.

That's offensive to cowpads.

BTW.  What is a Cowpad anyway?

Also called cow patties.  The stuff that comes from the back end of a cow. Dad grew up on the ranch his older brother took over from his dad.  "Don’t step in the cowpads.”

He can only be a pure slot receiver. No idea why Mayock/Gruden signed him with Hunter Renfrow on the roster.

No brainier. Easy, not even a smidge of a doubt it's the Eagles. Not even close.

You give me every hypothetical in the world Im choosing the Eagles.

But if the Eagles have a MNF game and im watching the 1pm Buffalo Bills vs the Cowboys, you best believe I have a rooting interest. If I'm watching the Steelers vs the Redskins, You know who I'm cheering for.

That makes sense. Im guessing those rooting interest have to do with bets or fantasy football.?

I get that there are other teams i like more than others but arent really a fan of just teams i dont hate.

I lived in SF for 5 years, and before living there was a big steve young fan as hes a BYU mormon so while i never really follwed the niners id root for them against anyone other than the eagles.

When i was little before i was an eagles fan i liked the bengals because they had really cool helmets😊

I rooted for the vikings when randall and cris carter were there, they were easy to root for during that time when the eagles really sucked doesnt mean i was a viking fan or had any viking memorabilia or would root for them against the eagles but when they played say the packers i would root for them.

I live in wichita Kansas now, most people here are chiefs fans, or cowboys ugg. Im not a chiefs fan but i like Reid and will root for him and the chiefs when theyre playing say the broncos.

When it comes down to it im an eagles fan first and im also a football fan.

No Nasty Nate this year.  Thanks covid.

Doug said during his PC when asked how practices will be different, that the reporters won’t be there.  Other than Dave fluff, I don’t anticipate sufficient access for a Na Brown, the original Nasty Nate.

Man, you two should be brothers.  When I lived in central/western pa there was a lot of Steeler fans who were rooting for the Eagles when Pittsburgh was out of it....they hedge their bets.  Same thing in MD when it comes to the Skins and Ravens.  Same thing in N Jersey when it comes to the Jets and Giants.  Bottom line is, it shows a character flaw in the person who is easy to jump on team B when team A is in the pits.  Like you said.....pick a team.

So you never watch any football games other than the eagles?

If the eagles arent in the super bowl do you just not watch the super bowl.

So youve watched 3 superbowls???

Seriously dude get a grip. If im watching monday night football and the eagles arent playing i root for the team that can best benefit the eagles, if neither has any bearing on the eagles i just root for whichever team i dislike less.

And as always i root for any team against the Cowboys cuz Cowboys suck unless in the event that the cowboys winning helps the eagles, then ill root for the cowboys reluctantly, gotta take one for the team.

Kittle deserves more. He should get top-flight WR money.

We didn't give Agholor deep enough or accurate enough passes, so obviously Derek Carr will fix that.

Yup if one wants a WR that can catch short passes for minimal yards on a consistent basis Agholor is your man.

In 2018 agholor had 6 games under 10 yards/ catch and 3 of those games under 5 yards/ catch. His first game of the season he had 8 catches, awesome right? On those 8 catches he had 33 yards😒

Agholor is a below average outlet receiver and inconsistent on any route over 5 yards.

Dudes a joke and while ill always be thankful that in 2017 he made some big plays im glad hes gone as are all babies in burning buildings😒

Sign of a true fan is continuing to pull for them when they have a real bad losing season.  But most of us are football fans too and appreciate football.  I watch a lot of college football where the teams playing are not my dad’s, kids’ or my alma mater.  I usually find myself pulling for one team. It might be a coach, a defense or offense or even a coach that pulls me that way.  Doesn’t make me less of a fan   My kids will tell you I was wearing my UH gear when Houston beat PSU in 2012.

Nah, that’s when you cheer for the meteor.

Im not sure the league ruling on playoff seeding in the event a meteor wipes out multiple teams.

Im sure its buried in the rule book somewhere.

Question is whether it was a union backed concession or owner or the rare case where players union and owners came to a consensus?

While i think its shameful to claim to have more than 1 favorite football not sure what the poster claiming real philly fans is going on about

Im an eagles fan not a philly fan. Ive never been to philadelphia im not sure ive even ever met in person any one from philly. Im not a 76ers phillies or flyers fan, those teams can suck a big one and choke on it, does that make me less of an eagle fan? Depends on who you ask and i dont care cuz i know what color i bleed.

Having said that pick a team dude😒

Dude, sneak out of your polygamy farm and meet some people from Philly.  And for that next statement:

And 3 times the player

This honestly isn’t good for us 😕

It's a good signing for Dallas.  It wouldn't have been worth the cost to the Eagles.  Curry was a productive player and the Eagles have Sweat whose production last season warrants more snaps.

The rule is that both teams are out of the playoffs

The only time i think i had a real difficult time pulling for eagles was the dream team. That team was just so awful, i mean the eagles had gad worse teams record wise but that team was littered with so many jerks from washburn babin jenkins ronnie brown nambdi steve smith cullen jenkins it was like 2 full seasons of orlando scandricks😒

That and Chip Kellys last half season, his arrogance and lack of emotional intelligence was like a cloud over the team, every week watching the h demarco murray made me wish Bednarik could run out on the field and tackle his heartless A$$ tough to watch yet we sadly did. I did enjoy how hard they played for shurmer the last few games

i dont live in Utah anymore. I lived in New zealand for 2 years San Francisco for 5 and currently live in wichita so...

Tracking the ball is more about passes 30-40+ yards down the field. The stat about Agholor’s routes being 15+ yards down the field is essentially meaningless.

Vice Versa. The biggest knock on Nelly was he cant track deep balls. He'll have 65+ catches for 700 yards and we'll all say WTF why didnt he do that here.

He did have that in 2017 and 2018.

I agree on that play.

But to think every wide receiver has the same skill set of tracking a football is laughable.
