The MLB is amazing to watch live. Easily the best live experience. Though I have not been to an NHL game.

As a live experience, the NFL can't touch hockey. I just looove watching the players stand around scratching their crotches through the endless commercial breaks. On television, I would agree with you, because the speed and violence of hockey just doesn't translate, plus the important stuff in hockey usually happens away from the puck, while the TV cameras follow it.

I said it depends on how you value the sport in general because if you put a person like HE at a hockey game, he is going to hate it just as much as he hates it if he watched it on tv.

Some sports are better on TV (Football), while others are better in person (hockey). 
I don't love watching football games in person because of all the down time.

Watching an MLB game live is a good time. You can see just how fast the game really is.

It is a fact that the ball is in play a greater percentage of the time in Baseball than it is in Football.

I can't tell if half the time you say the opposite of what others on here say just to get people riled up.  What makes the MLB experience amazing?  I've had some of my best naps at Phillies games sitting in the 97 degree heat.  Baseball is definitely a fun in the summer, something to do.  I think if you live in a city like St. Louis or eve Baltimore where the ballpark is smack dab in the middle of the night life it would be eve better.  For me to drive 2 hours, deal with traffic, parking and the rest to sit in the sun for 3 hours of baseball is just too much of a chore.  

An under the event to attend is the NCAA Lacrosse Final 4.

Idk what you mean by that. Are you referring to politics? Cause that’s definitely not trolling. 
 

I can’t help if you don’t enjoy the game, but the fly balls and speed of the pitches are way more fun to see live. Everything is so much faster, and you get a much better idea of how far/fast a ball was hit. It’s a great time.
