Yea, I don't really get that. Meanwhile Shwartz will do anything to not play our tallest CB, who only gets on the field because of injuries.

Will be interesting to see if he somehow ends up back with the Eagles on a vet-min type deal.  Regardless of his comments, the guy can play when healthy. 

I think most fans just didn't think he was worth over 2-3 mil per year....based on his injury history, playing time etc.

Would it be a bad thing to bring him back on cheap, team friendly deal?

I think hes done as a starter. He was awful last year in coverage and in the run has regressed. Id stick with the young guys.

Yeah but we could use some depth at LB.  I'd be open to bringing him back in a "rotational" role....running downs, goal line defense, etc.  And I think he would come back for cheap.

Eh he can’t play pass defense anymore. The eagles young linebackers would really hve to struggle for them to bring him back in. They could’ve all offseason when he was out there not getting great offers. Frankly as a run defender he’s still ok but i think Edwards could give you that aspect that bradham would. We really need better coverage LB. I’m hoping gerry can handle it and Edwards makes a leap in that area. Or someone like singleton surprises us. I don’t think Taylor is going to be ready this year. Based off what i was told by an Arizona coach they love Taylor think he needs a year of development maybe even a little more.

Apparently you can send an extra pass rusher sometimes on defense.  I think you might have to count to 5 one thousand first though.

I doubt hed be willing to play teams. Which a backup LB needs to do.

I'd doubt it. He was sitting around forever and only signed a vet minimum deal with Saints. He's been there if they wanted him, and doesn't seem like they do.
