Back then they didnt review plays. In a game at the bull  a bulls player hit a 3pointer way after the game clock expired and the refs counted it. That same game a jazz player hit a 3 pointer before the clock expired and refs didnt count it thats a 6 point swing that i believe the jazz lost by 2 on the road.

Lets not talk about jordans push off cuz we all know he pushed off.

Just a lot of things throughout both series that gave the bulls slight advantages. Sure im partial and what should i expect. Jordan was the face of the league he got away with a lot, ever notice how many times he ever fouled out of a game? The league wasnt going to let tiny market utah beat the face of the league. No body other than jazz fans are going to buy jazz champion merchandise where as the bulls and jordan were a global brand. The NBA is a racket always has been.

Malone isnt my favorite player but hes a Saint compared to Jordan.

Ill always have a sour taste in my mouth over the jazz losing those series. They should have won at least one.

I dont understand re upping ertz unless its constructed in a way the eagles could get out of it real easy.

Love Ertz hate that he doesnt block, id rather they re up goedert who is a good receiving TE who can actually block.

Personally I wouldn’t extend Ertz, but I think the Eagles will extend him when it’s all said and done.  Jeffery and Jackson will definitely be gone soon, and the rest of the WR group are raw rookies.  We can hope Reagor and one of Hightower/Watkins become fixtures, but it’s a leap off of a cliff with no safety net as it looks right now.

You guys also have to realize that extending Ertz lowers his cap number in the immediate future which lets you keep more talent, especially next year. Give him a Travis Kelce structure and backload the ish out of it in the non guaranteed years.

Joe Dirt hasn't shown that he's anywhere in the same stratosphere as Ertz when it comes to receiving options.

It's fair to point out his lack of blocking, but I think you're downplaying how good of a receiver Ertz is.  He's on a HOF worthy trajectory career wise.  I'm not saying he's a lock to keep up that pace but I don't think it's exaggeration to describe his current trajectory in that way.

I was for trading Ertz when I thought he could have potentially netted two high draft picks but I don’t think we would anymore. 
 

Trying to find cap space for two tight ends will be tough but I’m not 100% sold on Goedert being the consistent X factor that Ertz is.

I don't mind if they extend him, I would like him to be the "team" guy like Wentz did. Leave some meat on the bones for other players to be on this team. Zach said he wants to never leave Philly, well then prove it. Im not saying take a pay cut or be mid level. But if your in the avg of the top 5 so be it. If he is reqing to be highest paid then he is not really in love with this team and being a team guy. My issue after that is Goedert. You can NOT let him go anywhere else. He is a star in the making. He leaves here we will regret it. He will go to Dallas.

Ertz is a great receiver and Wentz obviously trusts him him being on a HOF trajectory would be more impressive if he had any All Pros to show for it.
