The tennis ball trick might be clever for first year DBs because grabbing and holding is widespread in the NCAA.

That one is the tamest of all Joe Judges greatest hits. But I’m still not sure how well that translates at the pro level. Like someone else said, I would rather teach them what they can get away with with the occasional penalty here or there.

Nah.  Just don’t wear them anymore.  I suspect my wife got me a Wentz one for my birthday though.

I like to wear them on Gamedays when there's a bunch of people over.

Been so damn hot the last few years it's tough.

😄😄😄 yeah i know. Ty Detmer is a utah hero since he won the Heisman at BYU, as an Eagle, not so much😄

He had a pretty nice stretch for a while in '96 when Rodney Peete was out. He was far from horrible. He was certainly better than his brother Koy, who was a backup all the way.

Hey now, Koy Detmer should be in the HOF for his place holding alone

And definitely better at qb then RTK was a poster. Lol.

Cool peete story. Met Rodney peete at the eagles rams game When wentz tore his acl. Sat two rows in front of me with his wife and two kids. Were talking told him He worked with my best friend at abc for their local usc coverage. Proceeded to talked to me about his time in philly and that lions game. Actually gave me a hug when the news came out that wentz like tore his acl in the 4th qtr lol.  I was pretty visibly upset lol

Nah, I'm good.  My dad would have liked them though.  He adored JB and that Dline.

I remember he would jokingly call them "The Brown and White Simmons Pitts"

A few months ago there was like a 5 page debate on the best fast food chain chicken sandwich. All because I said chik-fil-a caused me to destroy my toilet.

... well made the same mistake the other day and had the silent squirts for two days. Such a dumb move

Everytime I go by Chik Fil A there is a huge line of cars.  Bunch of fat slobs.....

Ignore it. Kobe was liked in the Philly area. Yes he only played in HS here but he was a big Philly guy who loved and respected the city and its sports teams. He was a Philly guy in heart and people around here respected him for that. Was he a "hero"? No, but he was liked by most Philly people even when he played for the hated Lakers. Now a guy like Will Smith id say is the opposite at this point. A Philly guy who turned famous and really could give a rats a** about Philly now.

Well said......

I badly want to get a Simmons. So underrated by a lot of the younger generation. Definitely not like the current Simmons in philly lol

Next time you should stop and let them know they are fat pathetic slobs and that you are too good to eat their garbage food and associate with their kind.

Would only wear one on Gameday.  Just haven’t been as much lately.  Too hot in September though.  Especially down here.

Getting his jersey?

I might!  Remember there were people in here saying he might be the starter opposite Slay.

Man, it's hot all the way into October now.

Yup had a good stretch in 96.

When he was a JR in college he finished a bowl game after dislocating both his shoulders during the game and both those injuries and popping them in and then playing really sapped any arm strength he had to begin with. If Ty detmer had better physical traits to go along with his top notch football IQ he couldve been better. As was he was just too small not strong enough arm to cut it in the NFL.

Oh well.

BDN is "inches ahead" of Trubisky in the QB competition.

I’m glad the injury wasn’t worse. Could’ve been much worse with how it happened. that was highly impressive he made the play. But that could only happen to the Phillies as it was their best bullpen pitcher this year.

Always use the curbside pick up option now on the app. So much faster. In and out in a few mins.

Love that movie. Always though she was super cute too

No Chick Fil A around me. I have gone to the one in State College though, I'm not super impressed with their food. Prefer a Wendy's chicken sandwich
