Who the hell knows.  Shame for Avery.  And us having fewer options at DE isn't ideal regardless of how we viewed him.

I'm curious what he means by workouts. He could have been a beast in the gym but a puppy on the field. Everyone watching has been on the same page that he's been invisible.

Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich is better than both. It’s bigger and better flavor. I thought people when they first game out were crazy but it definitely is the best option and frankly i dislike everything else at Popeyes

Wife likes their red beans as an alternative side.  I lived in NO for the first 10 1/2 years of my life so I grew up on really good red beans.  Popeyes red beans are bland.  But I did like their spicy fried chicken before they made it a sandwich.  Haven’t had the sandwich yet but I so rarely eat chain fast food.

As I drive America, I tend to try to eat local, small businesses. I have had some awesome food that way. Best BBQ. Some of which I stopped at because my windows were rolled down and the smell.  You know a BBQ place is good when there are cars and trucks there at 2 or the parking lot is full at 4 with folks taking BBQ home.   Some awesome fried chicken and fried catfish in the South. Mother’s oyster Po’Boy in NOs.  Shrimp ‘n Stuff shrimp Po’ Boy in Galveston, for example or John’s Roasted Pork in Philly.  The smoked meat plate at Dozier’s in Fulshear, TX. More Mexican food restaurants than I could ever name.  I do have a website that has places that some of the hosts on the food network have gone.  Some of those place are really good, some disappoint.  Best fusion tacos I ever had were off a food truck in Brooklyn.  Best grilled cheese at a food truck in SoCal.  Best Thai at a restaurant in Seattle a friend and I stumbled into because of the rain. Best Mac’ n Cheese at a brew pub.

Sucks for the player, hate to see it happen but I think this helps get the best players on the field.  Toohill has been flashing, Ostman is playing all over the line.  Would rather keep players for performance rather than how they were acquired.

Has to be the worst DE rotation we've had in years.  Good thing we project back up QB with our 2nd pick.

After wasteam’s choice in the first round, the quality DEs were gone.  Not a good year for them this year.  Heck, Miller would have been closer to the third round than the fifth this year.

No Chick Fil A around me. I have gone to the one in State College though, I'm not super impressed with their food. Prefer a Wendy's chicken sandwich

They have good food...good, not much more in my opinion.  I've always found it to be one of those things that people hype so much that if you're not familiar you go in with unrealistic expectations that you will never meet.  When it comes to chicken, Zaxby's is the king in my experience.

He had cooled off a bit it seems.

Not to mention the extra grease.

Anytime i go and get fast food i expect I’m taking at least a couple weeks off my life. Lol.

Sounds like an ACL type injury.

Feel really bad for Avery. Even if he wasn't playing well, that's a brutal injury that impacts next year too.

Ostman/Miller/Toohill now fighting for 1 or 2 spots. Ostman IMO leader in the clubhouse, with Toohill on the PS.

Midday flyers game is the perfect time to do it.

I think there are 5 Popeye's within a 10 mile radius of me too.  Well done with the idea sir.  This is happening, and I will report my findings.

I wasn't a fan of the Espensa prospect when he was discussed as a 1st round option.  It would have felt better if we drafted him in the 2nd.  We didn't.  We drafted slash 2.0.

Hurts argument aside I really don't see Epenesa as a 4-3 end.

IF? I think they need to have 4 running backs.  Never considered them keeping only 3.

Awesome.  We have a ton of good mexican options here where I live.  One place is an old gas station that makes their own shells.  I've warmed up to the Carolina BBQ, when I make it.  Because I don't dry it out by chopping it up so much.  I am more of a Memphis style fan, but it's good the way I make it.

I was coming out of visiting friends near DC headed towards Houston back around 1979.  Weed may have been involved because I can’t say where I came over the mountains.  Can pretty much guarantee it wasn’t on a freeway but whether a US highway or state highway, I couldn’t tell. I pulled into a dive BBQ place and had the absolute best Carolina BBQ (no ketchup in the sauce) I have ever had.  The pork was pulled but it was so moist and tender.  Would kill to find that place again.  I have eaten just about every kind of BBQ there is.  Try Korean.  Not a fan of jerk. Barked Texas brisket.  Ribs and butt in Memphis (although there is a fried chicken place a little northeast of there that is some of the best I have ever had).  KC slow smoked beef ribs.  Even a place out west of Shreveport near Carthage IIRC with a BBQ boudin that was awesome.  Cooked with boudin sure but never thought to smoke it.

Best pancakes I've had were in a roadside diner in Mississippi. Best Po'Boy from a stand in the Heritage Jazz Festival, 33 years ago. Best shrimp dish of any kind was a Shrimp Uggie from Uglesich's (now closed). Best raw bar was the Anchor Bar behind the White House in NO. If I lived in NO I would weigh 400 pounds. Best chile con queso in a music club in Austin, second floor. Best chicken-fried steak in Austin too, can't remember the name of the place but I saw Leon Russell in there. Best Vietnamese restaurant was the Slanted Door in San Francisco. Best roast chicken at Vernick's In Philly. Best sea bass was at La Calaca Feliz in Philly. Best BBQ at Stacks in Kansas City. Best hummus at George's in Cape May ( yes, better than Zahav's). Best breakfast ever was a truck stop in the middle of nowhere in Utah. We came through at 3:30 in the morning and there must have been 100 trucks around a big low-slung cinderblock diner. This place must be good, we said, but it was beyond that. I ordered ham and eggs. I got an 8-ounce NY strip, a huge slab of ham basted with maple syrup, great pancakes, four eggs over easy (try doing that at home!). Toast, home fries (done in the Swiss rosti style), coffee, OJ. My bill came to $6.00.This was 30 years ago but still. I asked the waitress how they could do this and she said, "Stuff falls off trucks."

That is why I prefer pan fried to deep fried.

Guess that makes that roster decision a bit easier😞

Me too. My wife really likes Chick-Fil-A, though. I never  deep fry at home. Well, except for tonkatsu.

I don't know how much Holyfield moves the needle for me. He'd be your short yardage guy but he's surprisingly listed as smaller than Clement. I think I would keep a potential weapon in the return game like Killins over him. Holyfield also sat on a PS all year last year until the Eagles picked him up the last week. I think you could put reasonably put him back on the PS.

Yeah my thoughts you need 4 as clement has shown the last two years he’s not the epitome of health. Add on i love sanders but he also left multiple games last season. I’d be surprised if the eagles went with just 3.
