He was a seventh round pick because he was bad at sealing the edge, tackling, playing the run and getting off of run blocks. I mean really bad. These tweets and observations tell us nothing about that. Pass rush is at a premium. If he was a very good pass rusher he would have been taken earlier based on that alone with the hope they could teach the rest.

Still never did it in college And was learning while trying to make it in the pros. Nfl teams wanted him to practice and learn it cause they believed he’d be good at it. I can see nfl teams informing and telling killins they believe he’d be good at it and want him to do so. And point still valid with clement he had 2 KO his college career and no punts. Yet he has done both in the nfl.

But at the same time he shouldn't be shot 7 times. From what ive heard he was breaking up a fight between 2 women and cops were calked on a domestic disturbance between the two women. Turns out the victim had a warrant out but the cops didnt know it at the time. Has also been suggested he had a knife and the cops asked him to drop the knife. There is a supposed still shot of him with the alleged knife but to my knowledge no knife recovered on scene. While the cops could fear he was going to get a weapon out of his car im not sure while they didnt contain him in the first place as they just let the guy walk past 3 of them follow him then shoot him 7 times at point blank range with kids in the car😳 The video the next day of pulling an AR 15 on two teenage boys who were being chased by a man with a whip and knife is more disturbing. The women recording tells the cops she called the police because this man was threatening the two boys and the cops point guns at the two boys have them kneel handcuff them and tell the lady to back up and get out of their face as they point guns at two kids. Whats a cop carrying an AR15 for anyway?

If they decide to discharge their weapon, theyre trained to do so until the threat is over. Period This isn't the movies. There are countless examples of officers being killed because they were too soft and didnt protect themselves I have some ideas: dont go driving around with your children when you have an active warrant for your arrest. Dont rape people. Dont fight with cops. When an officer directs you to do something, do it. If you do these things there is a 100% chance an officer wont shoot you. This isnt hard. Its pathetic how political and race-baited this simple conversation has become.

If you are pulled over for a tail light out, the police should not be looking for and profiling you for other crimes. Just because you are out after dark does not make you a criminal. The color of your skin does not make you a criminal. I have been the passenger in a car pulled over driven by a black friend, and I can tell you from personal experience, that stop went a whole lot different than when I was pulled over by myself. I have been pulled over with a white friend, it should have been obvious to the cop we just smoked, and my friend had an open container. The cop checked my license and registration, then asked for my buddy's license, after seeing it he says " They let you Montana boys drink in the passenger seat don't they " " Yes sir " " Well we don't do that in Washington, so pour that out and you guys are on your way " Stop it. These are anecdotes. Stick to facts and data.

Ok barring a cop dropping his gun and it accidently discharging, youll be in the clear I'm white, Ive had a gun pointed in my face for a routine stop. Guess what I didnt do? Anything they didnt tell me to do, including go reaching for some unseen object I miraculously didnt get shot

But yeah, ignoring repeated orders from two officers with drawn guns and appearing to reach under a car seat probably wasn't the smartest thing he could have done. If I'm an officer, do I let the other guy get the first shot(s)?
August 26, 20205 yr Author Not all events are the same. Yes, many are a result of a non-cooperative victim. Yet, even in a subset of those cases, the use of force (e.g. choke holds) can be seen a excessive. I've seen enough to know that a) the police in general are not adequately trained to deal with domestic issues, mental health, etc. and b) many have a predisposition with regards to race. There is not a one-size-fits-all solution to the problem. Both sides need to recognize their part and work together.

August 26, 20205 yr From the reports ive read the knowledge of the warrant for blake was after the fact. Without id ing him how would they know. Reports suggest the cops were called on a domestic call. When they got there blake was there. Apparently he was breaking up a fight when the cops showed up and tensions with blake escalated a witness said he saw the cops punch and tase blake then blake tried to leave to check on his 3 kids in the car and the cops shot him 7 times in the back in front of the 3 kids and wife who was yelling at the cops to let him and her check on the kids. The PD havent made an official statement as far as i know. As is common practice when black people are shot their past criminal history is released in an attempt to justify cops actions and sway public opinion. Ill wait for more info before jumping to any conclusions but in the end another black man was shot by police this time in front of 3 kids and thats sad.😞
