I get that's a joke but all seriousness Sixers needed to be swept and embarrassed the way they were. Otherwise Brett Brown might still be there. When you get humiliated like that changes will come. Thank God for the sweep

Alshon will get activated around the time Desean goes on IR.  At that point, hopefully either Watkins or Hightower are ready to contribute...we’ll need more than one pass catcher on the offense that can outrun a linebacker.

Yaaaaa firing Brett brown is a hollow fix when you still have the same idiots and dopes in the front office and ownership making the same decisions and throwing people under the bus to save their asses.

Yeah not going to matter all that much when you already built a poorly constructed team with contracts that are awful and still have the same crappy decision makers making decisions. It’s like fixing one leaky hole and there’s now still 6 others. Need a full clean sweep of the front office too

Side note I hope they don't disrupt the pop up garden/winterfest scene that popped up in Penn's landing. It would be a cool spot for the Sixers but that area became a lot of fun recently.

Well if it’s counted as a tie the magic can’t win the series. 

that said I’m guessing the lakers don’t do this tonight knowing lillard is out and if they forfeit (and it’s counted as a win for the blazers) the lakers might have to actually play the blazers with lillard In game 6 and 7.

Just in general maybe we stop putting athletes on pedestals and start putting people like Myron rolle  and tardif who gave all that up to actually do something to make a change in the world.

If you are going to do a boycott I’m fine with it. But do it and actually sacrifice something. Moving the game to tomorrow or two nights from now does nothing tbh. That’s called a reschedule

If the Magic didn’t agree to boycott as well the Bucks gave up a playoff game. It’s certainly not nothing.

And the magic didn’t accept it. they are going to play the game tomorrow or Friday. I mean if you play the game either tomorrow or Friday or the next day then what did you exactly boycott? The game is still gonna be played. So it brought focus to the issue but then you really didn’t boycott the game you postponed it to a new date.
