All the reporters are stuck on LAST Year. Spadaro moaning about Vaitai. They let Vaitai walk ... Why? It's not rocket science. Because they already figured they had the Next Vaitai in Mailata. So when Peters went down in 2017, what did they do? That's where my brain goes. Only time will tell. Could see it being Pryor OR Driscoll. I think they're right to make Peters 3rd if not 4th on the list.

I think they definitely see something in him since he consistently has been in front of Driscoll and Tega. So unless they add a veteran he is now the first guy off the bench at T, and may be a starter if Lane isn't ready.

Just watched fluff with Fran and Dave.  Camera angles weren’t very good. Saw some walkthrough where the starting LT was Pryor and Mailata at RT.  Peters at RG. Wanogho has a brace on his knee which probably accounts for his not being mentioned by Doug. Not ready.  Possibly an IR candidate.  Had Good-Peoples working some at RG.  He was a Swiss Army knife like Seumalo in college playing four positions.  Herbig was working some at C.  He really worked on his conditioning this offseason. Nate looks nothing like the huge gut Pillsbury doughboy he looked like last year. Stout was working hard with Opeta on LG drills. Interesting stuff.

Wanagho's knee is the primary reason he was available as late as he was.  Him getting a red-shirt year isn't surprising.   He's very raw, but has a ton of work to do.   I wonder if the knee is actually just because a lot of OL just get used to wearing braces in college though, or if he needs it.

Or they really want to keep JP at RG and want to see Pryor or Mailata at LT.

Or they knew there was a live broadcast going on and wanted to F with the fanbase.

That wouldn't really surprise me, make the fan base AND the other 31 teams wonder. Doug screwing with Belichick with the pre Super Bowl practices worked out pretty well.

If their goal was to confuse the fanbase, mission accomplished. No one has any idea what the team is doing right now. One beat writer suggested putting Driscoll at LT, which is strange because he is the third-string RT right now. Tega hasn't been mentioned at all, even though he is getting second team reps at LT. Just a strange mess.

Interesting twist, Peters wants more money to play LT.

I’d cut Peters.  No joke.  

Just pay him he is a first ballot hof an Eagle lifer and still a top 10 LT in the nfl. I have zero problem paying him.  One of the greatest Eagles ever.

Well there’s two very different opinions.

Nan we will bring in Cordy Glenn for pennies on the dollar to play LT and keep u at RG giving him the extra money u wanted.

If his agent didn’t build in a contingency for JP to play LT, this is on the agent.  JP is experienced enough to know that.  Agent doesn’t confirm it, JP doesn’t utter it.  The team doesn’t comment on it.  "NFL (not Eagles) sources” tell McLane this.  I don’t buy that McLane’s sources aren’t the voices in his head.  I have had way too many McLane "sources” stories to bite anymore.

So pay him his 2.9 mill garntee of his 3.1 mill deal to say hi. That will teach players a lesson. 

No instead u just keep him at RG and play someone else at LT. No biggy
