I don't think that is possible for Jeffery, Avery, Parks or Reagor. I think the injury has to happen after the roster is finalized. But the rules are really confusing this year.

I still think Avery was, and will be since his injury wasn't serious, a major part of the pass rush this season.

I think Ostman makes it to the PS. I wouldn’t be surprised if it came down to Toohill or Ostman and they chose to release Ostman because he’s more likely to clear waivers being he hasn’t played in 2 years and is coming off an ACL. Only team that conceivably could claim him is Jets.

Yeah can use him on short term IR. It’s 3 weeks. With the type of injury he had 3 weeks plus the time he had should be back. At that point can make a decision with who to release or IR for roster spot

With Parks out a few games, maybe we could see a vet safety brought in as protection?

Would’ve liked him here to begin with so maddox had some competition on the outside. Really jones and Douglas were never legit competition for that no. 2 corner spot.

Ostman has a lot less theoretical upside due to his physical limitations.

Would have to see what the market has out there after cuts. Kind of feels likely they go with what they have. I think parks returns week 3. Have to hope slay and maddox stay healthy. Frankly i was worried about the outside corner position a week ago. I feel even more now. They should’ve addressed it in the draft to give maddox competition and groom the kid for the future. They didn’t.

Doesn’t seem like it right now as we still have a Epps and Ford 

Jones had a chance to compete for a starting job and couldn't get it up for camp. Doesn't belong here.
Douglas can't run. When you play single-high as much as the Eagles do, you can't play a 4.6 CB. Never should've been here in the first place.
Miller was the most lifeless, uninspiring player on the team. Didn't have elite college production, top-end athleticism, or any other distinguishable trait. Glad they nutted up and cut him.

I see Ostman coming back if he doesn't get signed somewhere else.

One of Ford or Epps is likely gone. I’d vote ford. He was a special teams stud that continuously got penalties last year on ST
