One of his high school coaches from Rock Hill (I think) posts in here and confirmed that the dude doesn't even like football.  I wouldn't be surprised if he just held out this long so he didn't have to participate in training camp.  His athleticism is undeniably absurd when he feels like turning it on, which for some reason is always against the Eagles.  I'd still take him but not at that price.

I think it was more Warren this year. A lot of people were really high on him, and then he just kind of fizzled.

I think Warren is just too slow, but I wonder how he would have looked with live hitting.

Exactly when did Ostman star in the preseason? He apparently had some noteworthy reps in practice. That's it. So the hype continues.

And for those fans worried about the positional distribution of the 53-man roster, please note that at this moment the Patriots don't even have a kicker. There will be a lot of transactions throughout the entire league over the coming days. 

Listening to the BGN pod and a couple of interesting things came up about Cordy Glenn...

1) He was suspended and fined by the Bengals last year, showing up late to meetings. 

2) Press Taylor is Zac Taylor’s brother, so he has some pretty good intel.

I’m not sure I even care if we have a third TE on the 53. Whomever it is, they won’t be good enough to play on game day so there’s little difference between the 53 and practice squad. 

I suspect Glenn will be signed tomorrow. 

Parks and/or Avery probably are headed to IR.

And the way Howie answered the question about IR in the press conference, it sure seems like they have no intention to put Reagor on IR. So that's good.

Bowden really struggled at training camp, but that can’t be the whole story. And it isn’t. 

Some at the team facility thought the rookie was more concerned with picking up new cars than the playbook, and on the field Bowden looked measured and not explosive. On top of a lack of breakaway speed, he was always getting blasted when it was his turn to pass block. 

There were also some growing concerns that he was getting more and more distracted in Las Vegas and that he might be an influence on other rookies like Henry Ruggs III and Damon Arnette. 

On the Eagles Insider podcast Howie said specifically in the past 24-36 hours he felt like there were some TEs that came available that can help the team. He also said he didn’t want to get cute with having only 2, but did reference the new PS rules about calling guys up on gameday.

On the Inside the Birds podcast (Mosher/Caplan) both guys agreed that there is no way anyone signed right now would be ready to play LT next week. So based on Roseman's statement today that the team has no plans to move Peters, I am guessing the LT Sunday will be Pryor or Mailata.

We will see. I thought Glenn could just be plugged in there, but those guys said it wasn't feasible for whatever reason. I thought Penn signed at the last minute with Washington last year, but that wasn't the case. It is odd since none of the beat writers have really discussed the fact that the LT situation heading into week one is FUBAR unless Peters agrees to move.

Thatd be a shame if he cant focus himself. Id love to see him bring that play making to the NFL.

Hoping we can land Fumagalli on practice squad.  I think he’s coming back from some kind of injury but highest upside imo of the bunch

He posted it to troll.  No one brought up the Pens, nor was anyone even thinking about them, as they aren't part of this tournament.    So, if an Eagles fan decides to troll with the Super Bowl trophy in a similar manner, then they are also trolls and lame.   

 

But, the facts remain... Pittsburgh Penguins declared bankruptcy, not once but twice in their franchise history, and both times got propped up by the league... And when they have their inevitable down turn, their so-called 'fans' will bail on them again, as they always have, and they will be facing bankruptcy once again... they are due for it.  It's been 22 years since the last one.  Their longest previous streak was 23 years.   Maybe they can beat that record this time around.
