Ya. Screw the American company. Buy Toyota!

Actually bought a 4Runner like 5 months ago. The residuals are massively better then the American SUVs i was looking at. Also better extended warranties (my f150 died after 17 years of use)

I was thinking about this the other day. I have no idea why the majority of NFL Ref's wouldn't opt for the season given their age, unnecessary risk, and the fact this is a hobby and some are already loaded financially.

Mixing up crews might not be bad but let’s say, for point of illustration, geographically there is one crew that can service Philadelphia and they suck.  Do we really want to see them four times?

Sucks that we don't have the cap and picks to get Yannick. Kind of funny how they turned down the 2 first rounders and aren't likely to get a better offer now lol

Wouldn't give a 1st for him ever.

Only time you should give up 1st round picks is for players like Khalil Mack, Aaron Donald, Julio Jones, etc.

Seattle was stupid for giving up what they did for Jamal Adams.

First two sentences, agreed.

Third sentence, I'm not so sure about. I think they probably gave up too much, but I also think that Adams is in the same class as the guys you listed in sentence two.

So, I got to thinking about Wentz and his locker room presence.  Sort of got me thinking back to North Dallas Forty.   It’s been decades since I saw that film.  I remember the backup QB, who was super religious and didn’t fit well with others on the team.  He was supposedly modeled after Roger Staubach, who supposedly had a similar relationship with some of his teammates.  As Carson seems pretty religious and so does Foles, while it seems to have no impact on relationships with teammates, I wonder if that impacted voting on the top 100 list.

Why would he be voted so high before and then not at all this time though? He's always been open about his religion. Doubt it's that

I remember when Steve Levy was doing 20/20 sport updates on WFAN in NY.

Good for him.

Different eras.

Now you see a few dozen players from both teams praying after the game together.

Man.  Where would you come up with that?   Oh from me.  JK.

Yes.  I am convinced and have been saying it in this blog and old one for a while now.  He’s a golly gee, hunting nut and a Jesus but.   I’m having a hard time thinking that the shade he gets has nothing to do with those two things.  From the press (kellerman) to Alshon and others and now this top 100.  He’s gets slighted big time and it doesn’t add up.  Unless he really is like Phil Mickelson.  All golly gee happy in the fans eyes but not that person behind the scenes and not very well liked by other guys on the tour.

You're acting like he is some unique flower... pretty sure he is looked at just like every other religious athlete.  And pretty sure there other religious athletes who hunt.

I liked Tessatore but he became a side act to McFarland's ramblings and, in the first year, Witten's idiocy.  Kind of a shame.

Though who doesn't like Levy?  Love him doing college ball.

 Brown’s response should be good.

Well, that's all he wanted.  An actual response on his case.  Now he can plan to find a team, whereas before he had no idea whether he'd even be allowed to play.

But you're probly right.  He will over-react again.

He may un-retire and retire again in the same tweet.

There are plenty of religious players in the NFL.

Several make entire stadiums stand up and yell "Jesus Christ!".

He is. He’s a tall bible thumping Bambi killing ginger from North Dakota who smiles a lot, has monster zits and spazzes out at times and doesn’t relate well with his teammates.   Name me one other player in NFL history that was like that.  Boom!

Stop quoting the moron

I'll take people like LeBron seriously the moment his pedestal includes criticising China...

Moving on...

What we don't know with Carson's extra muscle is if it has affected his mobility/flexibility.  I can't blame him for wanting to be a bit more robust, especially with the back injuries he's had.

No Eagles for the second straight day.

Yeah, when concentration camps and slave labor probably make items that have made you rich it's hypocritical as hell to kneel for social injustice.

Oh yeah, and he doesn't like it when you mention it either. A paper activist if you've ever seen one.
