Corner is one of the harder positions to play as a rookie and having Slay to learn off will be amazing for Mitchell. It will take him some time to adjust coming from a smaller school and going up against NFL calibre players. Meh, pocket passers can play into their late 30s. I don't know how anyone can call it a bad pick at the moment. If the guy ends up being a good NFL QB it will have been a good pick. If he sucks, it'll have been a bad pick. Like others, I don't really get the uproar/controversy around the pick. Cousins is 35 and coming off an achilles tear, why not pick a QB if there's one you like at that spot? If Cousins plays well over the next couple of years, they won't be in position to draft a top prospect because they'll be picking toward the end of the first round.
