If Noah Brown is available, they should pick him up. It'll be upsetting if Booker and Kinnard do not make the 53

He's not a terrible player but I don't think he's someone we have to go tripping over ourselves to bring in.  Not when we've got needs elsewhere.

I don't get why Albert O is still on the team. He fn sucks

Still curious what they plan on doing with Sterns, especially now that both IR spots are reportedly filled. Either he's taking up a spot or getting waived/injured and reverting to season ending IR.

I keep forgetting about him. I can't see them keeping him on the 53. They'd have to cut McCollum and hope he doesn't get claimed/signed.

I agree we should bring back Stoll

It will be a good day when Bradberry is finally off the roster.  That day is not today.

I mean... you shouldn't need to look it up to know that the third WR is on the field a majority of the time for most teams.  But RR is here being like:

Let me guess, the ones that didn't last year are the run heavy teams.  Ravens, San Fran, Titans, Bears, Falcons and maybe us?

Edit: Maybe the Chiefs too due to their lack of WR talent?

Just give me the definition of WR3.

You don't have one,  because there is no such thing as a WR3.

I understand that you're trying to play some sort of question asking Socratic Method thing,  to win your argument.

When there is no such thing as WR3,  it doesn't matter the answers to your questions.

Yeah but they could also keep their WR5/WR6 on the PS and use that spot elsewhere.  Right now they at least have Dotson to step into a starting role if Brown or Smith get injured.  If Goedert goes down, it's Calcaterra and....Calcaterra.

And for a team that's always had solid depth on the OL, we're not exactly flush with options like we've been used to.

This makes the most sense.

Calcaterra is one concussion away from being on the shelf for awhile. TE depth needs to be addressed

Can he play FB?

Kellen Moore connection, whether we bring him in or not. There's the reason.

Picking him up then putting him on season ending IR makes no sense.  His contract is up after this year so that would mean they sign him, put him on season ending IR and pay him for doing nothing then he becomes a FA.

If they keep Bradberry on the initial 53 they need to cut someone they wouldn't have cut otherwise.  Bradberry can't play anymore.  He doesn't play special teams.  He would most likely be inactive so cut him.

Howie is holding out hope he can get something for him

Signing a guy who couldn't pass a physical for two other teams never made sense to me so who knows. If he sticks on the 53 then Bradberry and Maddox are the backup S, with this guy who can't practice, and no way they keep McCollum too.

Wasting a roster spot on him

Parham would be intriguing if he could block worth a damn.  First thing Harbaugh did was bring in Hayden Hurst and Will Dissly, specifically because they could block.

This is @ManuManu's fault

The third starting WR. After the first and second starting WR

I'm guessing in typical Eagles fashion, they won't release the final 53 for a few hours...

Ricks and Jobe -- will be interesting to see if they stick

Who does Albert O have pictures of to hang around this? He's like a fart in a lift, lingers for way too long

DE is the biggest worry going into this season. I won't say LB's since that has been ongoing for years

I like what the Eagles have
WR 1 Brown / Wilson
WR 2 Smith / Wilson (situational blocking use)
WR 3 Campbell / Covey

Ross would be 6,  and A Smith should be phantom IR.  I don't think it's such a crazy thing if Covey is a starter at slot over Campbell, but I'd assume it would be Campbell.  Covey has been getting open and making catches.

Oh what’s this? RR breaking down the WR1, WR2, and WR3. But I thought those weren’t real things?

you goddamn hypocrite

Bradberry makes my head hurt. I can only hope it's just for 24 hours

Keeping Bradberry makes sense - let the waivers pass and the FA Vets pass, and then see what the landscape is for a trade.  They don't need to cut him, but I do hope he doesn't hang around too much
