Because the team doesn’t want him to get targeted. If he can still move on it and isn’t missing game time, then there's no need to give out the info.

We also didn’t list his knee last year despite him rocking the brace/sleeve, which was even more egregious.

It's illegal to hit a QB that low in the pocket anyway so he wouldn't be getting targeted unless he's a runner and its fair game

Honestly… We all wondered what Sirianni was going to do with Moore and Fangio here. I guess after 9-10 weeks we know. Make bad in game decisions and mess up pressers.

I couldn't care less about the presser.  My concern is Hurts getting injured every single season.

What he is is versatile. He can do a lot of things. What he needs is to be coached up to do them well. Right now he may be best as an edge rusher but I see box safety and joker in his tool box sooner rather than later.

Stand up edge rushers are easy to find.

Full sized LBs who can rush off the edge, seal the edge against the run, blitz through the A gap, and cover in space are rare as hen's teeth.

I think they'd like to push him and see how many things he can do - because a guy like that makes it much easier to disguise what you're doing on defense.
