Just saying, I made live bets on the commanders after halftime to emotionally hedge bet and the Eagles came back and kicked their ass. So obviously I need to make live bets on the opposition.

Baun post game interview: gave credit to secondary & D line, humble. 

The key play of the game was that 4th and 2 when the Eagles were up 12-10. Zach Baun got the attention for the end of the play, but the one who really made that play was Carter. He blew up the play the second the ball was snapped, go back and rewatch it. He was the best player on the field tonight.

Defense has playmakers at every level and they all young kids

We talked about expectations for the defense preseason. I thought maybe they could push for league average. I think you were of similar mind. What an incredible job by Fangio. I didn’t think Mitchell and DeJean could be this good this fast. Obviously I never dreamed Baun would be Fred Warner-lite. 

Yeah it's been said that Fangio needs LBs for his scheme to work and he was a genius to see something in Baun and sculpt him into one of the league's best ILB. We've got a few more games yet to get a better idea of just how good they are but I've been blown away at how much progress we've seen since the Bucs game. Hats off to Vic so far, he's definitely exceeded my expectations.
