It’s not a wing sauce. Just a garlic\whiskey hot sauce.  Decent amount of kick.  Love the flavor.

 

If I want more heat, I use this (but it's not as flavorful)

What smoke method do you use? I tried once but mine didn't turn out great

Most of their stuff is really good. Love the camouflage as a basic hot sauce for people who don’t normally like hot sauces.

I do it on my pellet smoker.  And I do it mostly like the way shown on this video.

I have a Pit Boss that also allows for the fire pot to be exposed like he shows at the end of the video.  I do not do the deep fry option.

I'd be shocked if they got anything more than a sandwich for Pickett. I would think Tannehill would be higher on their list than Pickett.

Frankly I think any nickname that references a person's skin color is in poor taste, regardless if it's humorous or not.

I bake mine. I make a rub of Tajin, Shichimi Togarashi (a Japanese spice blend), tarragon, salt, and baking powder. Bake @375 for 30 minutes, then brush with a mix of brown sugar, soy sauce, and sambal oelek and bake for 10 minutes more. The baking powder makes the wings crispy and the mix is sweet, salty, and spicy.
