I can't remember the last time we had so many young, promising defensive players. Excited to see which guys develop and show out.

Berman with the worst possible angle of the stadium. His pic makes it look like a high school stadium in the middle of a wasteland.

This place looks like a ishhole

[negadelphian]if they mostly develop, Howie's gonna be real busy in 4-5 years[/negadelphian]. Good problem to have though, huh?

@mattwill, the edibles finally wore off.

Season: 10-7

Week 1:

Packers: 34

Eagles: 31

Bonus: After scoring a TD, one of the players dances a Samba

Well football tonight. Birds tomorrow then open house Saturday.

Hoping for a perfect weekend of Birds win and an offer this weekend.

Been trying to finally sell our starter home after 16 years and it's been a pain. New house is almost done so hoping to get this wrapped up soon.

Has anyone ever had two homes for a bit and would you ever do it again to not let the new one get away. Numbers wise I'm not sure if I wanna try it doable but not the best scenario probably

If you can afford the down payment, I say go for it.  Turn the starter home into a rental.  We did that for a while when we moved into our current property.  Our mortgage on the new property was $1000 more than the old, but the rental income we received covered the new mortgage payment.  You just need to be careful when it comes to taxes.

The trash really adds that certain

What is the point of the roof on that stadium?

We have our current house paid off. Don't really want to go and make it a rental just want the house gone really. Problem is some of the stuff in it is older but still working so we haven't changed it so first time buyers don't like it but it was priced with that in mind.

We could put probably 10% down on the new home and the current home taxes and insurance are paid up for the year so it would just be leaving electric, heat and water on while it is in market

Eh...keeping up with three shouldn't be an issue...they'll have that before kick-off...it'll probably be more like 10

While I think we will have a tremendous OL in a month, I expect growing pains to start the year. Becton is in a new position playing between two guys he has never taken a game snap with. And while I believe Jurgens will be a fine center, that will take time and experience. I wonder too about coordination of protections and blitz pickups between him and Hurts.

Then again, Jon Runyan Jr left for the Giants so there may be some discontinuity in their OL as well.

I like that roof - you get to watch a game in the elements, but not suffer through it with the players.  Better than the antiseptic atmosphere of a dome.

Looks even smaller than the Union Stadium.  Can't make sense of the center field logo.  I was think black and white NFL shield but doesn't even look like that.

Shade for fans in the stands I'd guess
