Watched the first half live.  At halftime paused and fired up the SNES classic (a go to for me when I need to shut the brain off) for a bit.  Then switched back to the game and fast forwarded in between plays (hitting forward 3 times on our firestick often takes you right up to the snap).  Caught up early in the 4th.  Paused.  Took the dogs out.  Came back and did the fast forwarding thing again.  Caught back up right at the end.

I'm still shocked they didn't spend a mid round pick on a RB this past draft.  I thought they were an absolute lock to take one of the first 3, if not the first, running back off the board. Put someone back there with even average talent and that offense will open up.  Right now as it stands no one fears their run game.

No. The two times they looked competent was against two bottom 10 offenses.  Any team with a hint of fire power is going to give them fits.

Yeh, Kamara and Henry had career days against DAL already. DAL made the Saints OLine look like world beaters, ATL OLine is better than the Saints Oline, I fear that game will get ugly for DAL as well.

They're absolutely garbage at stopping the run so far. Our OL and Saquon on paper should be an absolute nightmare for them.

I thought it was known they were targeting Brooks out of Texas and the Panthers took him.

Yeah, but there were other backs to be had.  Hell, Ray Davis would have been a really good fit for them IMO.  Instead of picking Marist Liufau at 87 they likely could have traded down and still got picks before 128 that they could have snagged Davis plus someone else with.

I like the mix of chuck and sirloin in my chili.   I also like a mix of pork and beef in the chili.   A pork shoulder and chuck makes a nice chili... I've never smoked them first and then used them... now I am very curious.
